Absolutely fantastic, been looking for a part for my hikoki impact drill this is the company to go to . Even hikoki uk told me to use them . Paslode 360xi cylinder assembly broke so I ordered one from here , fitted it fired the gun and wouldn’t fire so took it to peices and saw that the cylinder assembly had a massive crack so sent it back they sent me a new one out , fitted it today the gun fired 5 nails then the pin jammed so I took it back to pieces and yet again it cracked in the exact same place

What a dreadful company!I ordered 2 times and I never received my orders and wasted 3 weeks about these lies.
Called them for updates and both times I was promised my order would be with me soon.Never received anything.
Luckily i paid via Paypal so i opened a case for refund.Not recommended at all.Avoid them.

We had huge delivery issues with our parcel and eventually got it through no fault of the company. They resent the item three times and the customer service was outstanding. Would highly recommend

I do not recommend this.
I ordered from them multiple times in the past, and i was satisified. The customer support was also good and helpful.
Recently i've tried to login and found out that my account became banned. I also noticed that they removed Israel from the list of countries.
So it looks like they banned all Israeli customers and removed shipping to Israel.
Its quite unfortunate to do this to a loyal customer.
I guess i will find another store for replacement parts for my home tools.

So I ordered 2 parts for my makita dust extractor from another website (miles tools and machinery) 6 weeks I waited no communication cancelled it and ordered it from spare parts was here super quick no issues great service will be my first point of call next time

What an absolute pleasure it has been to deal with Spare Parts World. I ordered a part for a Festool dust extractor in late August. Received order confirmation, dispatch confirmation and then delivery date of September 5th. Parcel arrived in Ireland, paid customs charges fees etc. Hadn't received the item when I returned from annual leave on 28th Sept. Contacted the postal service who said I had put incorrect postcode (auto fill) and item probably returned to Spare Parts World, but they hadn't received the item back. But when you are dealing with a professional customer focused company they immediately sent out another item of their own accord. I cannot sing their praises highly enough, their communication relating to sales, despatch and customer service has being top notch. I will definitely deal with this professional company again and again.

If you order tools be aware that the customs you pay on top means the tools are way more expensive than buying from an English supplier

Recently purchased some parts for my Tanaka Brushcutter. Great customer service kept us updated on delivery and timescale as one part of our stock parts arrived and as advertised . Would highly recommend.

I placed a small order (approx £15) for some cement mixer spares.

The original delivery estimate was 3-5 working days, but it actually took 8 because one part was out of stock.

However, when I emailed them after 3 days, they responded almost straight away, apologised, explained that they were waiting on a part and offered to send out the rest of the order immediately.

I was quite impressed by this, because they would probably be losing quite a bit on two lots of postage for such a small order.

I did not email them back until the 7th working day, but again they got back to me straight away and told me that the whole order had been sent the day before (which was true, and it did arrive on the 8th working day).

So, there was a slight delay, and it wasn't clear that the item was out of stock when ordering, but they did have the best price and the cheapest postage, and they were also very responsive, friendly and helpful when I contacted them, so overall it was a positive experience for me and I would use them again.

Ordered parts. Spoke to a salesman who informed me that I couldn't just order the parts I needed so had to purchase parts I didn't need. (Came to nearly £50) Specifically asked for numbered parts, as they were the parts I needed. Didn't receive either. Rang again, explained, was sent part as a matter of goodwill. Wrong part sent. When right part received, still had holding clip washer missing, which I had originally asked for. When I rang, was told I had to purchase this item (£1.99). Complete shambles. Will not use again. Very disappointed.

I needed a hard-to-find part for a strimmer. After hours of searching, I found what I was looking for on the Spare Parts World website.

The website showed "Estimated delivery in 5-7 days". I placed the order in mid-June and after numerous chasing I received it on 16th July 2025, over a month later!

So why am I giving this a 5 Star review?

Because, whenever I chased the delivery, I received an immediate response, clearly explaining the delay and what action was being taken to obtain the part. The customer support was excellent and, in fact, the part arrived ahead of schedule.

No AI generated replies, just a human doing a first class job. Well done.

recently ordered a clutch drum from them for my petrol Makita saw, which arrived today in great condition, perfectly packaged, and overall pleased with the delivery times, and how the website shows whether the parts are in stock or not. I also had another order with them a few days after that purchase of the clutch drum and they were quick to notify me of some parts that are no longer manufactured, and the best ways forward. Overall, I have had a pleasant experience with them and they package their items nicely too. Great team

I was trying to source a Dremel 8220 PCB which manufacturing ceased for several years ago and nowhere else in stock. This seller sold the part for a reasonable price and it arrived next working day on standard delivery. Very happy and would use again.
