First off- boots are excellent quality. Exactly as pictured. Second- they came within 3 days. I foolishly sized down, against the size guidelines, and I needed to swap for a bigger pair and the customer service was excellent.

Great quality product and smooth delivery. I ordered the Brllagio Silk (Gold) and it looks even better in person. The material feels premium, soft, and comfortable. The boots are excellent they fit on my feet like gloves to my hands you could tell they made them with focus on the mold and I have wide feet it’s like they thought of us with wide feet
