I ordered boots from Lucent and they arrived in less than a week! The quality of the leather is amazing, and I like how even though they are heeled they are still very comfortable. I walked all over Charleston with my Lucent boots

I’ve been following this page for 3 years and always wished to purchase one of the boots. Now, after all this time I could buy one. I’m really excited to wear my Pioneers for very long time! They are perfection!!!

A+ great service and products. High quality.

Order delivery process and the quality of the shoe all met high expectations. I was looking for this specific shoe but can see there is a great selection for my next purchase.

Stumbled across Lucent Los Angeles through an Instagram ad and took a chance - glad I did. The quality immediately stood out; these aren’t pieces you have to second-guess when they arrive. Everything felt intentional, well-constructed, and worth every dollar.

Had a minor sizing situation come up, and that’s honestly where Lucent separated themselves. Their customer service rep Adair went above and beyond to make it right — no hassle, no runaround, just genuine care for the customer. That kind of experience is rare and doesn’t go unnoticed.

Saw their instagram page. Easy to open and start the shopping and buying experience. When the boots arrived excellent quality and fit and I bought 2 pairs. Can’t be them for the price!!! Thank you for a great experience and product.

The Beverly Crewneck in Burgundy is a quality sweater. It's nice and thick to keep you warm, but it's also stylish for casual wear. The shipping process was fast and efficient too. I will be ordering from them again.
