I did a withdrawals of 500£ but they do not pay out. I contact them since 3 weeks regarding my withdrawals but they do not respond.

Please any one, who wants to use their service, it looks like a very doggy company, who will never pay you out.

Joined and was immediately a little cheesed off by the 'laggy' website, but bore with it.

Managed to place a bet and receive the introductory free bet - again was able to place this.

Other bets were made and other qualifying bets made. Was awarded 3 free bets totalling £25. Great...but, no matter how I tried I was unable to use these.

Asked Ainsley to sort this on 10th April but he could't help too much , although he was very helpful.

Tried to get this sorted again today but he cut me off, despite me explaining that I could never access the bet slip from my desktop and had to switch between that and my phone all the time access various pop-ups.

An email to the same effect was sent two days ago but completely ignored by Luckster.

Spoke to Stacy today (after Ainsley cancelled our conversation) who was also really helpful, but to have to toggle repeatedly between 'quick-bet' and normal bet just to see if that would allow the 'free bet' button to appear on the bet slip was rather unprofessional of the Luckster WEBSITE - Stacy was great. It didn't work - I messaged them to let them know that about 2.5 hours ago - it's now 16.30 and have just come back to find that my account has been restricted without any warning.

Happy days - I had no real money in there and have no intention of using them ever again.

BEWARE - Withdrawals cost either 10% (I withdrew £10 yesterday) or a flat rate of £1 per transaction.

NO OTHER ONLINE BOOKIE DOES THIS!

ALSo...watch out for MrPlay online bookie. They have exactly the same platform with all the same issues, though they were able to get the bet slip 'free bet' button to work today. Won't be using them again either though, bit too risky.

Load of crap don’t waste your time very slow

I was doing 10 pounds bet! In a minute 800 pounds magically disappeared from my account and it's showing I done a 882 pound bet which is obviously impossible ! I then contacted live who also said it doesn't add up and will get looked into however 20 days!!!! They said it can take up to which is disgusting as I made a deposit of 1k so they didn't steal winnings they actually stole money I made a deposit with! And if they don't pay me back my money I wil do everything in my power to take this casino down !!

WON A BET AND THEY WOULD NOT PAYOUT! THEY ASKED FOR 6 DIFFERENT FORMS OF ID BEFORE I COULD WITHDRAW... 6! ONCE I SENT THIS TO THEM THEY KEPT ASKING ME FOR PICTURES OF THE FRONT AND BACK OF MY BANK CARD. I CONTACTED MY BANK WHO ADVISED TO NOT SEND ANY PHOTOGRAPHS OF MY BANK CARD OVER THE WEB. NOW THEY ARE REFUSING TO PAY OUT MY WINNINGS. THIS COMPANY ARE A SCAM. THEY CHARGE YOU TO DEPOSIT, THEY CHARGE YOU TO WITHDRAW AND THEN REUSE TO SEND YOU ANY MONEY. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE GAMBLING COMMISSION AND I RECOMMEND EVERYONE ELSE DOES THE SAME TOO TO GET THESE COWBOYS SHUT DOWN!

Won £200 with my first £20 deposit and less than 24 hours later it’s in my account. I might have been lucky but I’ll definitely play again.

Don't use this website. Another website that let's you deposur and play and then requires verification to withdraw. I am 21, and they are so slow at verification I won over 2 weeks ago now, and my withdrawal hasn't been approved. Support is just copy paste, nothing to do with individual experience. Useless site, I feel like I've lost even though I've won money. I'd forfeit the wins to get the time I spent trying to get my winnings back.

Extremely low payouts on blueprint games
Way below the average which is advertised, bonuses do occur but I always seem to lose connection when it land on free spins or bonus rounds and when I relaunch the game starts again and I dont get the bonus round,

Won £320.00 from 2 bets, stated they have wired the money to my account. I’m now 6 weeks down the line and provided statements from my bank to prove it’s now arrived. They still say there looking into the matter. They also don’t honour my compliant and won’t provide a reference number. A horrendous customer experience.

Seriously awful

I had 3 winning bets that they settled as lost, took me a week to get two corrected, they refused to pay the 3rd one, it was the most obvious winner ever, but they refused

I now can’t get those winnings

They didn’t even explain why they think it lost, when I showed them it clearly won

Thieves avoid avoid avoid.. Was waiting for a refund which never came. Reporting them to financial Ombudsman. Customer service is terrible.
