So let me explain where I am at with…
So let me explain where I am at with this site. Joined a shirt while ago... Said account was verified upon opening registered card deposited no issues. was fortunate enough to win a nice amount of money requested withdrawal. Problems start from here!! Had no passport or driving license explained this customer service were very good and said birth certificate was acceptable so sent along with payslip and utility bill. My card is very worn and a dark blue colour when I tried to take copy or picture it was barely visible. Spoke to them was told black and white copy would be acceptable so sent this over recieved an email back stating card accepted. Spoke to customer service who confirmed this and said withdrawal would be released first thing next morning. Called next morning this was confirmed and I was told it was being released within the next couple of minutes... All good well at least I thought it was!! Called that evening to be told withdrawal had not been released and documents not accepted asked to resend everything!! No one contacted.ir emailed me at all during the day to advise of this. Since then nothing but issues so basically they accepted everything confirmed withdrawal as being released ( I have all emails and recorded all calls) been back and forth each time they ask for something different and more things I am now taking the matter further. Gambling complaints association who for info have all emails and recorded calls state this should be paid, also now have taken up a legal adviser and following last email where they do not care I am also approaching a national newspaper so all in all very good!! Please everyone be aware of this site they chop and change there requests each time and there decision. Thankfully I have proof of them confirming everything.
