To be honest, it was my bad and I am writing this review to help others. I saw this beautiful shirt on Pinterest and I purchased it.
I am Canadian from the province of Ontario. The store was called Lucytoronto.......I mistakenly thought the company was based out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. My first mistake.
Second mistake......I did not check the fabric because in my own head this product was supposedly at a reduced price at $69.95 and the photograph was beautiful. When the product arrived it was polyester......straight from China.
This shirt was "Temu" quality.......nothing wrong with Temu. If I had bought the shirt from Temu it probably would have been priced at $22.95 and it would have been worth its price. At $69.95 it was a ripoff.

I have learned a lesson.

Horrible! I ordered a dress size small. The one that arrived would have fit someone 3times my size. In addition to that, the quality of material and workmanship were inferior, I will never order from this company again and would advise everyone else to avoid purchasing anything from them.

We didn’t received the proper item and we communicate 3 times by e-mail and on their web site and no reply from them. DO NOT BUY from this company! The worst web purchase we made. A Quebec unhappy customer.

Do not buy from this store. The dress I ordered did not look anywhere near what they showed. And when I complained and wanted to return, no one responded. There was no where on their site to initiate a return. Now I am stuck with a $70 piece of crap that I will never wear. The worst ever online purchase I made!

Incorrect size of item sent. Multiple emails and online contact forms filled. Zero response.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid spending your money here. This company lacks moral responsibility.

After ordering a dress, I received the wrong colour. I immediately contacted the company to request a return and refund, but despite sending four emails and submitting a contact form, I’ve received no response at all.

Their website is full of promises about satisfaction guarantees and quality assurance, but none of it holds up—they simply don’t stand behind their products or their claims.
Buyers beware.

A sweater I received was a $19 piece of trash for which I was charged $65. Completely different from the picture and description. NO RESPONSE from "Lucy Toronto" (whatever that actually is) to emails and web contact page forms I sent them. They offer NO phone number, There is no "30 day return policy" because they don't have an address! TOTAL SCAM, AVOID entirely !

Item ordered didn’t fit. Tried contacting them same day it was delivered. Tried 4 more times through website and email with no response. No phone number available. Total scam!!
