I bought a bag from here last week, so delighted I have bought another...beautiful packaging, detail, extra storage which makes it feel secure..excellent customer service...a British brand with an ethical approach... I am delighted 😊 ( and now need to stop haha )

Purchased a lovely bag online, very fast delivery, and well packaged. Free gift was not included but now on its way to me.

I have also purchased another Luella Grey bag shortly after.

I have a few bags from Luella Grey and it is a brand I return to because I’m impressed with both the quality and the design/colour choices.

My most recent purchase was the Lolly Sling bag in Peat. I’ve received so many compliments and it is such a practical bag but also very stylish.

A recent favourite is also the Lana Weekender holdall which is the perfect size for an overnight bag and again looks so stylish.

I've purchased quite a few bags from them over the past year or two and two things stand out.

The quality is excellent (my first buys still look like new), and the style.

My most recent purchase was the Venetia. It's my favorite! I get so many comments on it and it works for a day and evening bag so an all round winner for me.

Also the team are super friendly and responsive and can't do enough to help.

The most beautiful, functional and stylish bag. I use this bag daily to fit in work stuff along with mum bits and bobs for the children. Perfect cushioned section to carry my laptop safely to and from work.

Absolutely the worst bag I've ever had. The strap kept falling off and was fraying so I reached out to them and they offered to send me another bag.
The same thing has happened to the 2nd bag, hugely disappointed at the price of the bags that it's so poorly made.

Normally handbags don’t catch my eye - but one recently stood out. Being a guy, I was obviously late for valentines (!) and so took a chance and nabbed it. My wife absolutely LOVES it. She’s literally worn it every day since. Good quality, lovely design, and a great price - and more to the point, one happy lady who received it. I’ll be revisiting for birthdays and Christmases no doubt!

update on bag purchased on 3 rd december. after waiting for a long time for any response they have now absolved themselves of any responsibility for the broken bag because it was not purchased from their website even though the bag was their product. most expensive bag i have ever purchased … and the only one that had broken! wouldn’t touch their products with a bargepole

I have had my Luella Grey handbag for a while now and it still looks brand new! It's very durable with good material. It fits really nice, the handle is not to long or short, it's very comfortable to carry on my shoulder. I get a lot of comments saying how nice my handbag is and where to get one. It has a lot of space and compartments, it fits my keys, cards, phone, vapes and numerous bags of sweets and still has room for a bottle of coke and a pack of 4 doughnuts. Money well spent

Lovely handbag and soft PU finish. Perfect size for a tote bag, not too big.

Love my handbags and have a wide range of designer and non designer handbags and have to say this bag is beautiful and well designed. The main clasp has a little safety feature where you push for it to lock and two outer deep pockets to quickly through your fone or keys in. Its a delight to carry. Ordered online and received a couple of days later
