Lulumia Reviews

If I could give zero, I would. It’s a fraud

This place is a freaking rip off! Do nut nut anything from here! It’s junk and they don’t even respond to customer service emails if phone calls! In response to your simply asking how can I return this product! They do not respond to allow you to make returns and these strapless breast lifts are with the rubber they are made from. All I want is my $65 back and no response. You think I’m asking for one million bucks! Pathetic and worthless customer service!

Absolutely disgusting this sight should be shut down. They take your money and that’s all no product no nothing

Bought a mouthpiece for sleep apnea and what I received was a product you can get for 90% off what tgey sell it for.
Avoid at all costs

My wife ordered some underwear that was supposed to be an extra large it did not fit her. The fact is, they're trying to say that they're selling something American. But it's all short from the extra large.Doesn't mean extra large. It means like a medium or large. They don't fit right. They need to either change what they're doing or they need to stop period.

Ordered the fleece lined boots in my normal size. Boots received were far too small and of poor quality. Inquired on return process and was told to send them to China. Postage for this is more than the cost of the boots. Did NOT order them from China. Will be contacting BBB and if anyone knows more that should be done please let me know. This company appears to be a rip-off all the way around.

Ordered something called stained glass birds. Confirmation received was metal birds. Product received was a cheap plastic procuct. Many emails back and forth. I must pay shipping to return the product and receive less than full credit. Never was any mention that this came from China. Country of origin? My credit card company is dealing with this. Will be reporting to BBB and state consumer protection department.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS OUTFIT

Order a pair of Judy Blue Pull on Denim Joggers, first it took a month to get the package, the joggers were not anything near Judy Blue jeans, looked at returning them immediately, company requires a video of the product alone with why you want to return the merchandise. once you get that final email with the address it is Guangdong China, do not waste your time or money with this company, it is a total SCAM.

this was the worst Bra the lulumia Be leave me I will not buy from the again. You can not even return the product i have never had a worst bra.

The Allurium Hair Growth Serum $69.99 (Company LULUNAMI) INGREDIENTS: Chebe Powder, amla, tea tree oil, stinging Nettle, coconut oil, rosemary, mustard seed oil thyme, carrot oil, hemp seed oil, castor oil, aloe oil, garlic, almond oil, pygeum, biotin, chili oil, olive oil, ginkgo biloba, neem, neem, gingseng, fenugreek, horsetail, sage & tulis. WHAT you sent have GINSENG, ANGELICA, SOPHORA, FLAVESCENS, GINER EXTRACT. That is not what I ordered. When you try to CONTACT YOU GET NOTHING

This is a company that sells, among other things, leak proof undies. The problem is that the sizing chart does not match up to the reality of the panties. The XL fits my granddaughter who is 18 y/o and weighs about 112 lbs. No way these fit grandma at 200 plus lbs. I gave a two star rating because the panties appear to be otherwise as advertised.

If I could give zero stars I would. They use photos of products from other websites than send you very poor knock offs. The website says if for any reason you are not satisfied you can get a refund, this is not true. When you request a return label they say they will only accept returns for damaged items. I disputed the charges with my credit company. Save your time, money and sanity and don’t order from them!

The products are not as described, pay pal will not support the dispute. I ordered 3 items they were poorly made and offered me 20%, then 40% they were determined to make me keep the items. Please note they are located overseas and will deduct shipping cost from the returns. You need to be a seamstress or tailor to fix the items.

Don not order from lulunina!!!
Paid for fast shipping and when I did not receive a tracking number after 3 days I contacted them and they said it takes 10-15 to Process orders. I didn’t receive my order for 3 weeks after a few emails. Quality is crap it’s all polyester and fit is horrible. Customer service has no phone number. Email them to return order and they said only if there was any damage they would allow a return. I told them I was disputing it with my CC company and an email came back in all Chinese saying mailbox is full message failed to send. My CC company is disputing the charge thankfully!

TOTAL SCAM!!! They use pictures from other online retailers and then send you clothes that kinda look like the picture but they are total
Crap. Material and design are completely different. Very disappointing! Please do not fall for it. I wanted to return the dress and get my money back but they told me I should have expected it to be a bit different. That’s “normal”. No it’s not. I expect to receive what is pictured. Beware of these scam artists!!!

Order never came or receive my order scam scam never again just gave my money back

Lulumia is a Scam please do not order from this website. I ordered 5 items and only receive 3 of the items and the qualities are very poor. I requested a refund from them and was told they will send me a gift instead. Please do not waist your money. The quality you see on the picture is completely different from what you receive, if you are lucky to receive anything. They should close down and stop scamming the public. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau, and I pray that they loose way more than what they have taken from me. Lin Cassie you need to stop exploiting the public. You will receive back what you are doing to others.

Scam website do not buy from them I ordered an item last month on the 15th and whoever Lin Cassie is repeatedly sends the same message over and over. DO NOT BUY I REPEAT DO NOT BUY!!!FRAUDULENT WEBSITE

Waited for an order for 3 weeks, to receive the wrong dress and wrong color. I'm requesting a refund and no one is responding. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!
