Luma Jewellery Reviews

The team at Luma are excellent! They helped me design a bespoke engagement ring and were so responsive to any queries I had through the process. The making of the ring was so speedy and the delivery was also quick!

Thank you so much to the team at Luma. I would recommend their service to anyone!

I had such a great experience with Luma, their attention was always very efficient and I finally got the necklace I’ve been wanting for a long time and I found for sure the best option with them.
The price-quality is actually amazing, I’m sure it’s just my first purchase of many.

Reached out to Asher after meeting briefly to discuss the purchase of a diamond cross necklace. Super helpful and very quick to deliver and I was incredibly happy with the cross I was given.

However due to circumstances I had to return the cross and exchange it for something else that I could gift my partner. The first day of telling Luma, Asher was so helpful and got to work on finding a new piece that was appropriate and that I liked.

Quality and pricing, Luma was also very upfront about the difference and why there was one so 10/10.

Again, thank you Asher and Luma Jewellery for the exceptional service and help.

Stunning pieces, ethically sourced, fantastic service. I sleep & train in my chain and have the matching bracelet for over a year now. Their beauty increases with time.

I couldn’t recommend Luma Jewellery highly enough. I went into the process knowing very little about engagement rings. I had an idea of the style my fiancée would like, but Amir used that to help shape and guide the design into the perfect ring.

He took the time to understand both what was important to me and the budget I was working with. He explained which details were worth prioritising and where I could make savings without compromising on the overall look or quality. I never felt pressured to spend more, and his knowledge made what could have been an overwhelming process feel straightforward and personal.

Amir also managed to have the ring made incredibly quickly so that I could take it with me to Mexico for the proposal, which I hugely appreciated. The finished ring exceeded all my expectations, the proposal went perfectly, and my fiancée absolutely loves it. It has been such a hit with our friends and family, with everyone commenting on how beautiful it is.

The quality of the ring and the service from Amir were both exceptional. I’m incredibly grateful for everything he did and would recommend Luma Jewellery to anyone looking for an engagement ring.

The pendant I purchased was beautiful and I will look forward to wearing it. It came in a well packaged box with a note and recipe which was a lovely touch. There were a couple of problems when it came to delivery (not a fault of Luma) and they went above and beyond to sort things out and keep me updated on delivery status which was very much appreciated.

Great experience - simple and straight forward to deal with. Had looked at other business for the piece of jewellery I wanted made, Luma Jewellery were by far the best price wise and quality of goods!

Luma absolutely exceeded my expectations with my custom engagement ring! The attention to detail, quality and care taken throughout the whole process is unmatched!
Will definitely be returning.

Great communication throughout and beautiful craftsmanship.

The Chai necklace is beautiful and I receive compliments every time I wear it. Everything was very smooth, from order to delivery, with Luma keeping me informed at every stage. And the necklace came beautifully presented.
I wouldn't hesitate to order from Luma again.

I bought this necklace as a gift for my son’s birthday and it’s beautiful - far better than expected! It came on time and Luma communicated the whole process along the way. Will be back for sure!

Purchase of piece was smooth, as ultimately was the shipping process with FedEx (one minor communication glitch with them). Amir was superb at following up and intervening for me. Very pleased with my new Chai pendant and chain.
