I received an entire carton of damaged…
I received an entire carton of damaged product. and was told that damaged product is perfect to use for cuts, and that my contractor should just make it work. I've honestly never been told to just deal with damaged product... maybe this is standard practice, but it seemed like very poor Customer Service to me. Damaged product is damaged product, and I shouldn't have to make it work. I honestly don't know if I'm going to come in short on my project as a result. Very disappointed, and will not be using this company again in the future.

Of course we will send you what you need to finish your project!
Often times there is exterior damage to the boxes but not internal damage to the flooring.
If that is the case, however, cut away from the damages upon install and use those boards for starter or end rows as you will have to make cuts for a random unique pattern.
If there are any boards that cannot be used during the installation process due to damages, please put to the the side and take pictures of each board, pile them up and count them.
Email pictures to info@lumberjackdirect.comto start the claims process.
Lumberjack will refund or replace any boards than cannot be used due to damages from the shipping process!

Damaged LVP
I ordered 9 boxes of luxury vinyl plank. Two boxes arrived damaged and the Estes driver signed off they were delivered that way and gave me a number to have them replaced. However, when I called to have it replaced the lady said this is on Lumberjack Direct and that Estes does not cover damage. I called lumberjack direct and was told to send an email to them with photos which I did. They responded the photos need to be of the boards outside of the boxes so we opened them and took more photos. The response then from Jacob Kear was we need to try and use them. He said an installer needs to decline the boards. I AM THE INSTALLER! So here I am with 22% of my order damaged and no replacement because apparently someone else needs to tell them they won't work.
I should also add both ends of the boards are damaged so they will need to be cut twice.

After posting this review both boxes were replaced at no cost.

The replacement boxes that were supposed to be sent never showed. After multiple emails regarding the status went unanswered my husband called and spoke with a gentleman in the warehouse who said they were shipping from CT and may be delayed. 5 minutes after that call I received an updated email saying these boxes were canceled. So I paid for 2 boxes of damaged products. I fully intend to report this company to better business bureau.

Dylan was awesome to work with through the whole process. Not only were their prices the lowest, but the customer surface was exceptional. I am a building contractor, and we purchase wood flooring often for our projects. I would highly recommend lumberjack to anyone that is in the market for flooring. Found the Armstrong flooring we needed to complete our sunroom remake. Not only found it but it was much less per square foot than the other online store I managed to find the exact color at. Armstrong was bought out so the products were no longer available at big box stores and the color we needed seemed even less available online. Delivery was smooth and no damage to any of the boxes
