Agree with all of the above reviews
Agree with all of the above reviews. Took the quiz and was even given a date and time for my "stylist." I waited. Nothing happened and when I emailed about it they said that I was supposed to initiate the visit. No other communication that stated the mechanism to have the consult. Live and learn...
This is fraudulent company do not fill…
This is fraudulent company do not fill out the survey, do not give them your credit card info!!! They will charge you for absolutely nothing. Over & over again. Someone please shut this website down.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam, my bank contacted me and advised they have continuously attempted to charge my card under various trading names. Do not provide your card details!!!!
I found this quiz as I was looking online…
I found a quiz as I was looking online & filled it out, i thought it looked interesting. Now 2 days in a row there have been 2 attemps to charge my account $49.99!! One was from "ageless.place" & the second was from "Lumisupport.me". I do remember the quiz, choosing styles of clothing I preferred...all of a sudden the website was connecting me to a stylist!? I closed the tab quickly & went to something else. THEN: What the what?!? I messaged them that same night (after a search if how to cancel & receive a refund!) because I rec'd an alert that "they" charged me over $7 or around that amount..FOR WHAT??! I checked a bit after I sent the message & the charges were canceled. I thought it was too easy!! Now I've searched again for their contact info & not finding the correct company ughhh! No phone number for customer service at all. I swear I'm fed up with these shady online "businesses" that make it common place anymore to rip off people & purposely make it extremely difficult for anyone to cancel! This happened a whole back when I signed up for a trial for a health app & they were underhanded with their practices also! I never did get a refund fully. I'm sticking with online stores/businesses that are trustworthy & I have dealt with-without shady, underhanded practices!!
UPDATE: I searched my account & they took $4.99 on the 2nd of February also! I must have missed the info. I didn't receive an email? Now I'm wondering if there are 2 companies that have almost the same name/contact info the reach them?! Omjeez ughhh!!
They don't honor money back guarantee
I was exploring the site and suddenly received a confirmation that my PayPal purchases were complete. I am pretty net and app savvy and use PayPal for purchases frequently and this has never been an issue for me before.
I immediately requested a refund and stated not only was it sketchy, but also said that I didn't realize until I was in their system that I realized this was for in person or virtual styling sessions, and for a company advertising style for women over 40, most of the models were young.
I received and email response saying that terms were clearly spelled out and cancellations could not be for personal or financial reasons. The site had a banner with a 30 day money back guarantee. What kind of bait and switch nonsense is this? Hitting up the Better Business Bureau next.
I did finally get my refund, but the add on was not. I have asked for that refund as well.
As soon as I finished the survey and…
As soon as I finished the survey and paid for the one week trial of $14.99, my landline rang (yes, I still have one of those) and it was my bank saying that this was flagged as a fraudulent charge. I went ahead and canceled my card and now I have to wait for a new one in the mail. That's a pain, but it's better safe than sorry. Give your bank's fraud department a call if you continue having issues.

I was charged 50 bucks for something I did not even purchase. I disputed the charges but a month later, I'm charged anyway. I asked to cancel my subscription but I don't have one? Someone should have yall arrested

I have never ordered anything form this company. Nor do i even know what it is but i keep fighting my credit card company, because they keep charging me.
Company from Hell
I have canceled this twice so far by email they keep taking 49.99 every month. How do you get rid of the parasite. Its like a cancer keep telling them cancel and each month they come back for 49.99 even though you asked them to stop. If anyone knows how to stop them please share with me.
Charging me $49.99/month and can't cancel!
I just clicked the link to read about their company.. Just noticed 3 months worth of $49.99 charges by lumi.ageless.. I tried to find a number to speak to someone, but could only leave a message. Don't click the link!
Same experience as others
Same experience as others. I agreed to the .99 cent link on facebook and was then charged $60 Australia without permission. Emails are just fobbed off with automated responses. AVOID this company.
Fraud!
I've had the same experience that others have described; however, I didn't even submit a survey. I just have this random $49.99 charge that showed up.
SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS! Stay Away. Do not fall for the .99 cent fee. Same story as everyone else here but I felt it is important to keep spreading the word. Do not fall for these scammers. I did pay the .99 cents and never got anything for it. I did not move forward with the service or consultation as soon as I saw it was a way to make you sign up for their monthly service. Even though I backed out, they somehow still charged my card. I am fighting it with my credit card company right now...
I fell for the .99 deal…
I fell for the .99 deal and when I found out I had to have a phone consultation, I immediately cancelled. I was charged $49.99 after X amount of days. I emailed them at the address given by PayPal and within minutes I had my $49.99 returned AND I took my card off of auto pay just in case. I am only giving 2 stars because they refunded my $$ quickly
They do not cancel the subacription
They do not cancel the subacription. Terrible terrible
ZERO stars
ZERO stars! They don't deserve 1 star at all.
My review mirrors all the others here -- I paid the stupid 99¢, but once I saw what they were offering, I had no interest in it & I NEVER met with a stylist nor received a single item from them. I tried to go to their website and login into my "supposed" account, and just as I suspected, I am NOT a member! And I looked up their terms of service, plus their fees, and there is not even a subscription service priced at $49.99/month -- in fact, according to their site, they only charge $19.99/month for their stylist/advice crap. So how in the heck are they trying to charge me $49.99/month???? Please stay away from this place! It is such a rip-off/scam... Actually it's a combination of the two!
I don't even know what I'm paying for…
I don't even know what I'm paying for and there are multiple charges on my account every month. Right now, I'm reporting these as fraud.
complete scam ditto to all review…
complete scam ditto to all review before mine. just received a call about multiple charges to my card.
Scam!
Scam!! I got charged $50 on my credit card after NOT receiving the information I previously paid for. FRAUD! I turned you into my credit card company and cancelled my credit card.
SCAM!!
SCAM!!! I had the same experience as all of the other people on here.
