I've been taking these supplements for around 2 weeks now. I've already noticed some incredibly welcome changes. The first is a change to my sleep. This is massive because I've had quite a few years of bad sleep, but, in combination with some sleep patches that I've been trialling (Kloris), the change is extraordinary and very welcome. Also in general I just feel more stable, happier, less a victim to hormonal ups and downs. I'm definitely sticking with these! Also the customer service is great :-)
