Delighted to be trying Lumity again after a long break.

customer support is terrible, email comes up as invalid and when you phone just says they are unavaiable.

The customer services, especially Olivia are fantastic!

I have asked several questions about products and they respond with care and reassurance.

They have always given me clarity and a wealth of information. It gives me so much reassurance and confidence in the brand and its beautiful products.

The delivery was swift, good recyclable packaging and well presented. Clear instructions and easy to swallow tablets. It was very disappointing not to receive the travel case as advertised, aprreciatiing it was while stocks last, but if stocks have run out, the company should withdraw thus offer. But everything else was very good.

I feel great and have had so many compliments about my skin and hair since using Lumity. My nails are also the strongest and longest they’ve ever been.

Excellent product and first class service

I’ve been taking Lumity morning and night supplements for one month, and I have to say I’ve slept so well since and genuinely feel rested when I wake up. I’ll continue to take the supplements for a further five months to see if there are further improvements to my health and vitality. Pretty impressed though so far.

Since I started taking Lumity morning and night I’ve often slept for 8 hours or more, which I haven’t done in more than six years (since before having children). Also, my cardiovascular age has reduced to -8.5 years, which is the lowest it has been since I purchased my Oura ring two years ago. I haven’t really made any other lifestyle changes, and have always eaten healthily. I also haven’t been ill. I felt like I was coming down with something a couple of times but managed to shake it off. Excited to see the continued improvements!

I stopped taking the gels for several months (just one more thing and do they work or is it a habit?).

I seemed to age overnight. There was a marked difference in my energy levels, my hair went thin, wrinkles appeared out of nowhere and people stopped telling me that I looked well.

I truly feel that Lumity had been preventing this happening by supporting all the chemicals I am taking.

I am back into the routine and am starting to feel so much better. I am noticing an increase in energy ; my hair looks thicker and styles well; the decrease in my neck and eye wrinkles is very unexpected.

Consistency is the key and the wonderful customer service team reminded me of that.

Customer Service is excellent. My order was delivered to the wrong address and Lumity was very responsive and supportive and got the issue resolved.

Shipping times are way to long and you dont provide any estimated day for arrival. This is even worst as you dont ship worldwide so i’m almost praying for things to arrive before leaving

The products come always on time. Good value for money. It has everything the body needs. I notice an improvement in myself

Easy to order, packaging is lovely. It feels very expensive.
