I always knew I’d come back.
I first used Lumity years ago when I was working as a beauty buyer for a large etailer and I can truly say they are the best, most comprehensive supplements I have ever used. During the time I was using them I experienced the best sleep of my life, my hair felt thick and voluminous (the first time I’ve ever been able to say that) and my energy levels were consistently high. I do think they’re on the pricey side, but equally my motto is buy cheap, buy twice and as I’ve seen the results and believe in the quality of ingredients I’m happy to make it work.

Lumity is an essential bedrock for my wellbeing, I make sure I never miss the Morning & Night supplements every day and evening. They help level me out and support me with my peri-menopausal symptoms and my lifelong insomnia.
I’ve also recently introduced the targeted support range with the Beauty Plus collagen in my matcha every morning and the Rest & Renew powder at night. I also take the Energy & Focus sachets when I need to be active and alert and they’ve been great during the busy festive period for the day after I’ve been indulgent with too much food and wine.

In our clinically-tested Morning & Night formulation, we use an advanced “softgel” delivery format designed to support optimal nutrient absorption. While they don’t feel soft to the touch, softgels are known to deliver nutrients more effectively than traditional hard-shell capsules. We also suspend our nutrient-rich formula in flaxseed oil to further support absorption and efficacy.

I have a medical issue that means I can no longer take supplements but wanted to continue with my facial oil.
Olivia was extremely helpful and sympathetic.
I was slightly disappointed that after having used Lumity for more years than I care to remember that I now have to pay postage and packing.

High quality packaging and products. Supplements seem to be really working (... not my experience with other brands!). Really well thought through ingredients. Worth paying more I think if putting these products into your body. Also - not many vitamin brands post their Trustpilot scores on their site like Lumity.... worth thinking about.
