I have been taking Lumity for a few years now and wouldn't be without them. They help keep me balanced, I definitely have more energy and if I forget a bedtime dose I know my sleep is affected. I have recently had a full health check and my "biological" age was given as 29 years, (I am 44!!) so something is working.

Only been few weeks i have taken Lumity and i can already feel the difference! Easy to take and does not leave any after taste! Worth every penny!

I was introduced to Lumity by a friend - I hadn’t heard of the product before. I’ve now been using the Morning & Night supplements for 18 months. I started them during a challenging period with lots of health issues, requiring abdominal surgery at the end of last year. I look and feel better than I’ve felt in years - I’ve been steadily losing weight but the loose skin I could (should!?) have as 51 yo is really minimal. And as others have said, I credit Lumity for really helping me recover from my op remarkably well. The one time I lapsed while on holiday - I immediately got a cold! So I’m now too scared to stop. Yes, the product is more expensive than I would normally buy but a) you can’t put a price on health and b) I don’t want to add up what I’ve spent on cheaper supplements, and not stuck to them! These I take religiously.

I've been taking Lumity for over year. I stopped for about a month, and I can honestly say I noticed the difference when I stopped. I felt horrendous. My hot flushes came back with a vengeance I couldn't sleep. Lumity has definitely helped me with my menopause. It also helps with hair growth. I would definitely recommend Lumity.

Really pleased with supplements and facial oil. Have been using for a number of years now. Customer services are always quick to respond, friendly and helpful. Able to resolve an issue quickly due to customer error.

Lumity has been the best menopause supplement I’ve had and I have tried a lot!

Have been using these Morning & Night female supplements since 2020 and cannot rate them highly enough! Additionally, their service is great, any issues with payment or delivery sorted quickly and by a named contact - no AI customer service here! The supplements themselves have increased hair and nail growth, improved skin quality and general energy levels. When I stop taking them, I notice it!

1 week after due delivery date product still not received. This is 3rd month of late delivery. cC team initially unwilling to resolve
