I am very pleased to be able to write this review on the excellent customer service I received from Sarah at Luna Fabrics. She was attentive and followed up on all my queries and was very helpful - and really, really principled in her dealing with me: I initially looked at some pillowcases online - and she picked up on my activity and offered me an additional 20% discount off the already discounted price as an incentive to make the purchase. I did so, and she sent several emails informing me of the progress the order was making as it moved forward towards the delivery date.
When the pillowcases were delivered, they were unsuitable as they were the wrong size. I asked for a refund and return code, and this was duly sent. In the meantime, she suggested I order a smaller size.
I posted the items back via Royal Mail (always very reliable!), but decided not to reorder the smaller size after all.
Sarah was very helpful and didn't try and pressure me into purchasing another size, but said that should I change my mind, the offer of the initial 20% discount could still be applied.
The refund was duly processed, and I am pleased to say that it has appeared in my bank account today.
I am taking the trouble to write this review as I have recently had a very bad experience with a company that accepted my order, sent me something that had no resemblance to what I ordered, and then offered a 10% refund - and said I should keep the item as the return shipping would be too much. I am currently in dispute with this company.
Not so with Luna Fabrics - they didn't argue, offer a partial refund, or quibble about the return. They just accepted that I'd changed my mind and refunded me. This is a great testament to their trustworthiness and I can safely say that in my experience, my dealings with Luna Fabrics has been very positive.

I have enjoyed my first two pillow cases.
Now ordering more to give as gifts.
These are far superior to other silk slips offered on line . Other brands disintegrate after a few washes

I purchased. 1 for me. 1 for my daughter. She likes them as much as me. My skin doesn't feel as dry in the morning. My hair hardly needs brushing. Just a straighten. So had to order more. Thank you so much. Love them.. Quality excellent.

Beautiful quality vegan silk pillow cases. I was so pleased with mine that I ordered more as gifts. Very soft fabric which is a delight to sleep on, range of lovely colours and good service. Easy to wash and care for. Great value for the quality. Highly recommended!

Pillowcase is soft but not as soft as my silk pillowcases. WAY better than any cotton!!! And I like the sustainability of bamboo, ease of washing and price. Will buy again.

These pillow slips might seem expensive but they actually do what it says on the tin!
That’s keeping your hair looking as good as when you got into bed. Just a light brush is all that’s needed as no kinks or bits sticking up to spoil your style.
Hair even looks smoother as does your skin so win win along with keeping your head cool all night!!

I love these pillowcases. I had another brand that didn’t last long in spite of being expensive (fabric along zipper didn’t hold up) but these Luna ones feel sturdier and are gorgeous against my hair and skin.
I had one issue (turns out of my own making) and found Customer Service responsive and helpful.
I’m going to buy a second set…great product and great service!

I purchased some pillow cases as they said that they are temperature regulating. Sadly this isn't the case. I've gone through the menopause so this isn't why I wake hot or sweaty. The customer service is awful as I'm still waiting for a response
