Helpful and principled after sales' service
I am very pleased to be able to write this review on the excellent customer service I received from Sarah at Luna Fabrics. She was attentive and followed up on all my queries and was very helpful - and really, really principled in her dealing with me: I initially looked at some pillowcases online - and she picked up on my activity and offered me an additional 20% discount off the already discounted price as an incentive to make the purchase. I did so, and she sent several emails informing me of the progress the order was making as it moved forward towards the delivery date.
When the pillowcases were delivered, they were unsuitable as they were the wrong size. I asked for a refund and return code, and this was duly sent. In the meantime, she suggested I order a smaller size.
I posted the items back via Royal Mail (always very reliable!), but decided not to reorder the smaller size after all.
Sarah was very helpful and didn't try and pressure me into purchasing another size, but said that should I change my mind, the offer of the initial 20% discount could still be applied.
The refund was duly processed, and I am pleased to say that it has appeared in my bank account today.
I am taking the trouble to write this review as I have recently had a very bad experience with a company that accepted my order, sent me something that had no resemblance to what I ordered, and then offered a 10% refund - and said I should keep the item as the return shipping would be too much. I am currently in dispute with this company.
Not so with Luna Fabrics - they didn't argue, offer a partial refund, or quibble about the return. They just accepted that I'd changed my mind and refunded me. This is a great testament to their trustworthiness and I can safely say that in my experience, my dealings with Luna Fabrics has been very positive.
