Amazing first experience purchasing…

Lovely Belfast experience, but inconsistent service in Derry

I’ve had two quite different experiences with Lynn’s. My visit to the Belfast store just before Christmas was exceptional – it felt really special, with a warm welcome, thoughtful touches for both me and my son. I hadn’t planned to buy a watch, but the experience made it memorable and I left delighted.

In contrast, my visit to the Derry store, where I used vouchers and later returned with my son, was fine but didn’t match that same level of care or attention. On our return visit in particular, we were left waiting and the experience felt much less personal and special.

Overall, a good experience, but inconsistent across locations. I’ve dated my last visit which was 14th March.

A joke

Left watch in November for a service which was shocked it’s went up £100 since a year ago. 5 months later after being told couldn’t get the parts it turned up , a few days later it wasn’t working and taken back to store , me and my partner are disabled so wasn’t happy to be taking it back , a service manager phoned today 15th April and said they would send it back to the watch maker .. were was it for 5 months and why after spending £370 for a service is it broke after a few days , wouldn’t recommend for a watch service

Brilliant jewlers

Brilliant jewlers, everything you could expect and more. I bought an OMEGA Seamaster watch, it was immaculately presented, and packaged. The communications from start to finish and customer service was excellent.

Purchased a watch from their Tudor boutique.

Purchased a watch online to collect from their Tudor boutique. Seamless process and the watch was available to collect straightaway. Very welcoming and polite staff. I would highly recommend Lunn’s.

I was able to contact Lunn's in advance…

I was able to contact Lunn's in advance of my visit to the Londonderry shop and indicate the item of jewellery that I was interested in seeing, having viewed it on the Lunn's website. This meant that my visit to the store ran smoothly from when I arrived to view the item, trying on the item and then purchasing. All staff that I encountered during my visit were very pleasant and professional.

Lunns are first class all the time.

My husband purchased David Yurman ear rings and he also purchased a David Yurman necklace in December 2025.
The welcome is lovely and the coffee beautiful.
Some day, I am definitely going to try that glass of champagne. Definitely one of the most beautiful shops in the world with superb staff.

A pleasant experience at Lunns

We were made to feel welcome and the staff were very happy to help. They asked us what we were interested in and then helped us select the best product for our needs. There was no pressure selling.

We went to Lunns in Victoria Centre in…

We went to Lunns in Victoria Centre in December to buy a Birthday present and we had great customer service, the girl was amazing, I would say she was managerial quality, just excellent. Her surname was Martine Hines and she couldn’t do enough for me and my Husband, making sure we had a voucher towards parking in Victoria Centre, that in my book was going further to help us have a great shopping experience, she is a great asset to Lunns and I would love you to let her know how great she is at her job, her customer service is second to none, she’s brilliant.
