The staff were really professional and extremely friendly and the overall experience was top class. I was greeted at the door when I entered the store, offered drinks and snacks and the lady to assisted me was really friendly and knowledgeable about the product I was buying.

The people at Lunn's are your greatest asset as I truly feel like a valued customer and enjoy every interaction. The Victoria Square team is amazing, and in particular Dawn's ability to build relationships and keep me engaged even when I am not physically in the store is second to none. The magazines/brochures with the hand written personalised notes, the keeping in touch messages, event invites, and the warm and unhurried in-store experience all add up to real luxury relationship. I do not normally write reviews but felt compelled to after visiting Lunn's last Saturday. Luke was excellent from start to finish, a combination of consumate professionalism and a deep knowledge of Rolex. He was incredibly patient in answering my Qs and then during a Facetime call to my wife to inform our decision. This enabled a 31mm Datejust purchase all on the same day. HUGE thank you not just on the day, but also your follow up to the purchase. The watch is fabulous and did exactly what I hoped for

I telephoned Omega shop in the Arcade and talked to Travis, he made the experience of buying an Omega Speedmaster very easy. He is very knowledgeable about the intricacies of the watch and made the purchase very enjoyable.

Lovely experience
Lovely experience, really professional and friendly. I felt like this was a standard purchase but they made it feel really special. I was going in to collect something I purchased online but they didn’t just hand it over, they sat down and took the time to show the product and make sure I was comfortable with it. Would definitely go back and have been actively looking for my next purchase from Lunns.

Went to Lunns yesterday with my husband to purchase a special ring. What a lovely warm & memorable experience. High quality jewellers are often stuffy & intimidating but not this one. From the lovely doorman to delightful & patient Amber we were treated so beautifully. Came away with a georgous ring & happy memories of the time choosing it.
