5* - A Big thank you to Luso Spas for excellent service yet again. We had our second yearly service (cheers Rory), which we think is well worth the money as there’s always the little hidden things that may cause the problems. Jay and his team are always on hand with helpful advice.

Jay and the team at luso spas fitted a Gecko heat pump for me last summer which was a large inital outlay however i have just received my annual electric bill and i have used 1500kw's less in the last 12 months. Whilst its is difficult to see where the actual saving has come from nothing else has changed so i recon that a good 90% of the saving has come from the heat pump as i do like to use the tub all year. British gas has even reduced my monthly DD by £25 per month 😊
I have used this company several times for actual purchasing the tub to maintenance and serviceing nothing is ever a problem for them and they are are always happy to help out even though they are not local.So a big thanks guys 5 stars ✨

I would just like to say Thankyou for the amazing service we got yesterday on delivery of our Verona hot tub. We don’t have the easiest garden to access but the delivery men were brilliant and so professional throughout the visit and attaching the cover lifter for us. So please pass on our thanks again. Can’t wait to get out using it now!

Luso spa’s have fitted us a spa heat pump a couple of weeks ago and from start to finish have been first class with knowledge and communication.
Very reasonably priced and fitted when convenient with us.

Fantastic service. I had a leak in my 13 yr old spa and expected an up sell for a new one. Nope, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and all fixed, better than before, within a week. Great advice that no other company had ever given me. Brilliant full service and will definitely use from now on.

Had our hot tub installed during lockdown by Luso....no regrets and glad I dealt with Luso. Due to the spiralling electricity costs I decided to get a heat pump installed by Luso and it was fitted yesterday. Much faster at heating the water and the unit was a lot quieter than I imagined. Delighted so far. It uses half the energy of the tubs internal heating element (which is now disabled), however, as it heats the water so much quicker it's running a lot less, so the savings are even greater. Used often enough, it should pay for itself within a couple of years, and with the 5 year warranty it's a no-brainer! Top marks to the two friendly installers that fitted it, they worked their socks off as they were late arriving due to road closures. Not only that, they got soaked due to the heavy rain and just carried on despite the offer of shelter. Well done lads, you deserve a bonus! 😉

Had a inverboost air source heat pump fitted.
The two installers did a very proffesonal and neat installation.
The pump worked fine, however was initially costing me more than before.

I contacted them and they came out and sorted the flow issue, now making great savings on electricity cost.

Highly recommend getting one of theses fitted.

Can't speak highly enough of the Lusso Spa team. From day one speaking to Samantha we felt confident with our purchase.
Our hot tub was delivered by efficient and friendly brothers who set up our hot tub with minimum fuss and lots of advice.
We have since ordered accessories from Lusso which have been delivered promptly.
Kyle has been back this year to service the hot tub, he too was a pleasure to deal with. So efficient and friendly and arrived on time.
Will definitely be recommending to our friends.

The hot tub was fine and no concerns but the after service is poor. I ordered some new head rests and the wrong ones were sent partly my own fault for not checking so i returned them. Samantha the checked my order and said she would send replacements. 2 weeks later i called as no response even though sent signed for. She denied knowledge until i sent her the tracking receipt and then proceeded to send me the wrong ones again and refusing to pay my retrurn postage. Apparantley i should have sent her a photo so its my fault! Now waiting for a replacement having now spent £9on postage. Lets hope she gets it right this time.Jay stepped in and resolved my issue promptly and generously

Honest open pricing for call out and diagnosis, followed by a fair price to rectify the fault. All communication was excellent, and all technicians were professional, knowledgeable, curtious, and a pleasure to deal with. Would use again and recommend without hesitation. Thank you

Me and my friends where staying at a cottage with a Luso Spa. It didnt seem to be heating up, and the cottage owner was very unhelpful. I contacted the team via WhatsApp and within minutes they helped me with instructions to get it working. They saved our weekend. Thank you very much Luso Spa team. :)

From the moment we first contacted Luso spas they were nothing but helpful! Sam was super friendly and went above and beyond to help find the right spa for our space! We made the 3.5 hour drive to the showroom for a viewing and met with Jay, he was friendly, very knowledgeable and very willing to help and spend the time with us while we made our decision! The hot tub was delivered today and the guys were incredible! Despite the tricky access at our property Ryan and Stef didn’t hesitate! The tub was unloaded and in place within the hour. They stayed while it filled up and gave knowledgeable info on how to get the best from our spa, they talked us through all the controls and only left once they were happy with everything! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you Luso Spas!!

We purchased an air source heat pump from Luso spas. It was delivered promptly and fitted within a week, the team did a fantastic job, very polite and professional and educated, answering any questions we asked. We did however have a small but irritating problem that sounded like something was rattling (quite loud but not massively) we rang Luso and they came out within a couple of days, fixed the problem within 10mins and its absolutely as it should be now ( very quiet)
It was well worth the price paid, good investment and already we have seen a price reduction on our electricity. We would therefore highly recommend Jay and all the Luso team. Thank you to all of you.
