I recently made my 2nd purchase from Lusso Leather. Last year I bought the black fur poncho, and this year I purchased the burgundy fur poncho. Both are beautiful, but the burgundy has a real depth and play of color. Because I am petite, I wear them belted. It is inescapable that you will get noticed and complimented in either choice!

I am extremely happy with my custom Lusso Leather Adeline coat. I provided my measurements & the coat fits perfectly! I also liked their other custom options. I chose a quilted lining, making the coat perfect for frequent 40 degree winter days.

Beautiful shearling. I finally wore it today and BABY it’s like being wrapped in a warm, fur blanket! I was snug as a bug in a rug! I should’ve purchased this coat years ago! I love it!​

I used this jacket as a 'template' for a custom order... sent in my measurements and custom requests... changed to black matte lambskin, slightly higher collar (2.5 inches), longer sleeves and body (I'm tall and skinny), antique brass hardware...

Just wanted to say I received my jacket the day before Christmas (8 weeks on the nose from order to delivery)...

I was initially surprised at the look and feel of the matte lambskin; I'm so used to 'traditional' cowhide that has a hint of shine... it was not what I was expecting at all, but let me make sure I am very clear, the surprise was one of delight!!!!

It was catching some natural light through the window and it had a hint of dark navy or even a muted royal blue... hues of deep greys as well... maybe even a muted charcoal. I was unsure if I liked it yet... then I put it on and went into another room with just the lights (little natural light coming in) and it looked SO black and dark and rich...

Then, this morning, it caught the light in a different room, and hints of olive green started to come through... and when I took it to work with fluorescent lights, it looked like a deep black grey... almost like oil paints when you stir in too much white into black... it "flattens" the color...

Suffice to say, I'm REALLY loving it so far... again, not a traditional leather jacket at all... I'm glad that my expectation (traditional leather look) was pushed aside by this intriguing, understated, but very cool new 'non-traditional' look... I feel like a bad guy in Star Trek... :)

It's actually quite warm as well, which was another fun surprise..

It fits wonderfully... I love the extra length in the body I asked for (sleeves too) and the collar and asymmetrical front zippers are perfect.

I would love to someday maybe have some magnets sewed in tightly to the lapels so they 'snap' against the body when open without having to see the snap on the body when it's zipped up. But for now, just gonna let it all get broken in slowly as I wear it in this cold weather!!

This is a total scam! I purchased a “sheerling leather coat from them. It took 8 weeks for delivery. Had to pay import fees and it arrived 2 weeks later than promised. The coat is made of pure plastic, with a fur hood and fur cuffs. There’s glue slopped all over the plastic “fur” interior. The buttons are huge plastic goddy abominations. I ordered an extra small and it came in a large size- like they only manufacture one size and slap a size tag on it. 100000% do not purchase. I’ve demanded a refund. Still waiting for a response. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE LIERS!! I hope they get sued for false advertising.

Got a biker jacket and quality of leather was amazing and also the lining and zipper was up to the mark. Loved it.

It will take time (8 weeks) to get the jacket, but really good quality. My only issues: I paid for 3 inside pockets and only got 2. The hood had a ridiculously long cord. The two front zips are the wrong side, so I think its for ladies. I believe its good value regardless and looks really smart.

This online store is truly awful. They drag their feet and create endless delays. They promise “10 days, one week, two days, just shipped and we’ll update the shipping information” but nothing happens. They started preparing it, by asking measurements after a month, when I sent an email asking about the status my order. This is utterly obnoxious and these types of unprofessional online stores should not be listed as a businesses at all. It’s difficult to track the order by phone because they claim they’re an online store and can’t take calls and only responds to emails alone giving all false promises. It’s been a week less than two months and the service is completely unprofessional. If you want a jacket from them, plan at least three months in advance.

I paid for a custom motorcycle jacket and got a receipt and order no#. Sent some changes and guidance but no further contact from them at all, I'm waiting and hoping I have not blown $600 AUD.
UPDATE
I have since been contacted by the company and communication has been much better and more forthcoming. They have gone out if their way to help create a perfect product. I looking forward to seeing the jacket in the flesh when it is finished and sent to me. I will update then.

I wanted to order a customized jacket. I sent some emails about the customization and the feedback was okay. Then, after we covered most of issues, suddenly no more news.
