I bought one of these for my new puppy . I collected her on Wed and had a 9.5 hour journey back it was horrendous . She absolutely loved her seat she attempted to get herself out and changed her mind and got back in it. We’ve been out today she just snuggles in it and is so calm . This really is a fantastic bit of kit. Expensive yes but worth every penny I can’t recommend this pod enough it really does relax them in the car

Outstanding quality and speedy delivery. I am so pleased I decided to go with this brand. It is definitely worth the additional cost, this is a very high quality product and I am sure the dogs will be super happy, and comfortable when they are travelling.

I like the isofix options. I like the squish factor. I like that precipitation slides off the main fabric. Overall a quality and well made product.
Because I chose size XL for my growing puppy and to position it on my back seat of my med size car, the straps are too big to go around a single fold down back seat.
The instructions say to have the LB label facing forward. There is no way to secure the front of the dog pod so I have used the handle over the front passenger seat headrest.

Really pleased with our purchase, it is a premium product but well worth the money and will last our 10 week old pup through to adulthood. Very easy to fit in the car and he is nice and secure!

Looks beautiful, very easy to fix into car and feels much safer than other car seats.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. A zipper issue on a £165 product was met with a £12.50 compensation offer to ignore it. They refused to send a replacement cover unless I returned the old one leaving me with no car seat! Leaving me at maximum inconvenience because of their poor quality zip design. Despite photos and videos being sent they were completely unhelpful and failed to offer any compromise or solution. I then proposed paying for a cover at the reduced price of £65, as advertised when purchasing the seat, to be refunded when the faulty cover was returned. They emailed an invoice for £95! My advice is avoid this shoddy company at all costs and purchase your pooches seat elsewhere! Overpriced, poor customer services and no one contacts you via telephone despite multiple requests!

Further to their reply, each declined because I do not trust this company. They are charlatans and my advice is not to purchase any of their over price and poorly made products. They have not compromised on anything and all options leave me without a car seat despite this being their fault and not mine for producing products with sharp, poor quality zipping mechanisms. These products can cause harm to your pet!

I was let down by another supplier, found Luther Bennett online looked like a fantastic product, needed a bed for my doggo so promptly ordered Monday night at 10:00pm. I received the bed by Wednesday at 1:00pm. Fantastic service, and the bed looks brilliant great quality, it will get thoroughly tested this weekend, really pleased.you get what you pay for, is the lesson learned.

Updated! Arrived after several ignored emails. Only responded following my negative post! Bit disappointed as paid for two and only on delivered. No response from customer service and spoke briefly with Anton after trying to get through several times! Still non the wiser and £190 out of pocket

Amazing quality, super cosy, and our cocker spaniel Peggy has enjoyed it from day one. It has also helped to gradually soothe her car anxiety.

The limited edition dog pod looks good quality, and very comfortable, would be good to offer a choice of seat cushion colour.
Only gave 4 stars as the D ring to attach the dogs harness has already come away so we’ve had to use the car seat belt instead.
Initially we thought it had helped relieve my pups travel anxiety but unfortunately it was short lived and he has reverted to panting and being restless.

I can’t say enough about this bed it’s absolutely gorgeous. Easy to put together great product and superior materials

Bought 2 x pods in olive green for our 2 poochons. Wow what fantastic quality, great communication when I needed to ask a wu, fast delivery and more importantly robust, great car seats which clip easily into the isofix in the rear. I have 2 pods side by side for our dogs (one is 8kg and one is 12kg) and they fit perfectly in our Volvo. So much better than the dogs been loose in the tear boot with dog guard.
One dog likes the sides all up and one dog (nervous traveler) likes the great idea of the front being clipped down so she has more space
We took a long time to look at all car seats and we couldn’t be happier with these!

We purchased a car seat for our dog after a lot of shopping around. This was more expensive but we thought it would be better quality. How wrong were we…

It arrived the fabric was damaged and there was a visable mark in a noticeable location under the logo.

I contact them explaining what the problem was along with photographs. I was given two options:
1) I could get 10% the item, which cost £190
2) Return it for a replacement at our own expensive for postage.
I thought this was really poor. At the time I didn’t realise that we shouldn’t have to pay to return faulty goods.

I responded to a message asking for feedback on their service. I then received a call from the owner Anton who wanted to put it right. I was given some options and agreed to let them know. This was promising. I responded and have heard nothing since.

I wouldn’t recommend especially with the customer service. Since friends have got similar items from different companies at a fraction of the cost and the quality appears much better. I won’t buy from them again.

Delighted with the travel bed for my mini dachshund. He’s travelled brilliantly in it from the first day. He didn’t want to get out of it when I first showed him it in the house.
Delivery was super quick and the quality of it is excellent, I look forward to many more road trips with my little dog in this.

I ordered the XL dog pod after a very poor experience with another company.

The service was exactly as described, the delivery was speedy and the product quality is excellent.

My very anxious dog absolutely loves the bed and settles in such a relaxed way. She had to stay with friends this weekend and took her new bed with her. She is normally quite stressed and paces a lot when out of her own environment but they said she slept like a baby.

The big test will be when we take her to Europe in a few weeks. We haven't so far managed to help her enough with her anxiety during a long journey and she has previously sat up panting in her car dog cage in the boot the whole way despite anxiety medication. Hopefully this time, being closer to us and in her own secure bed, she will have a different experience.
