Easy online ordering and quick delivery. For the price the dress is quite good quality (would have preferred the fabric to be a little less see through). Will be a good holiday cover up in warmer weather. Bought mocha colour dress and it’s a good length and fit on my 5’4” & size 18 figure

Bought a beautiful linen dress wore it twice and washed it and one of the seams came apart. Called Louise and sent some pics and without hesitation Louise replaced the dress which arrived in two daya, can't fault the amazing customer service (or the beautiful dress!!) thank you

Received my first ever order, Blaise relaxed V Neck Dress - Emerald Green. Has a hole in the front, very poor finish overall. Sent back for an exchange. Hoping I don't have to pay more postage. Look forward to a response. ☆☆ Have now received a response - Thank you very much. IF the replacement item is perfect, I will happily upgrade my review further ☆☆

Ordered a blouse which promptly came today. Fantastic quality, great price and a lovely fit. Will definitely be ordering more from this store.

Emailed Luvvey Re: Disappointed, Hannah Tunic £45&£3pp=£48 arrived with significant unfinished poor quality stitching fault on front of tunic and would be returning for refund, received reply assuring on receipt they would review this matter however no offer of providing returns label. Repackaged and returned parcel via p/o at cost of £4.95, 2wks later recieved curt email £45 would be refunded. So despite this companies claims to 'quality checks' throughout the packaging&posting process, I received tunic with a fault that was visable whilst still in the cellophane wrapping, and as Luvvey.com had deducted the £3 postage from my refund to reimburse their own postage costs leaving me (the customer) £7.95 out of pocket as well as the inconvenience of a trip to the post office!!!.
Only when I informed Luvvey.Com of my intention to share my experience online, did they offer to refund the £3 claiming it to be just an over sight! The fact remains that if you do have to return not fit for purpose goods from this company you will be left out pocket.

Lovely floaty summer dress, skims all the lumps!. Just right length, I'm 5ft2 & comes just below knee. Arrived quickly, easy website to use.
