Das bestellte Set mit Jacke und Hose sieht recht gut aus. Die Grössen sind aber unrealistisch und viel zu klein. Ein Rücktausch ist nicht möglich, da laut Shop der Umtausch bei Aktionen oder reduzierter Ware - es war eine Aktion - nicht möglich ist. knapp 150.- . eigentlich wollte ich ein grösseres bestellen . nun lasse ich es sein und hoffe ich finde jemanden, dem es passt und doch noch ein bisschen Freude daran hat. Stop and think before considering to order from persol (owned by luxottica) . I wish I had read the reviews before I made the mistake.
As someone who does about 90% of their shopping online this was by far the worst customer experience I have ever had.
I ordered a few different styles in hope of selecting the right pair for me. Almost 6 weeks had passed and still no sign of my order, after some chasing it was confirmed lost. By then I was no longer interested in owning a pair so I requested a refund and received an email refund conformation, Great!..Not really, they changed their mind and sent me replacement instead which I specifically said I did not want obviously because its more cost effective for them to replace than is to issue a refund.
After receiving the unwanted replacement I had a look at the sunglasses and was shocked by the quality further solidify not wanting a pair.
The customer service is just as awful the quality. They refused to issue my refund for the lost package even though I have email proof that it was processed and they also refused to take back the unwanted replacement.
I have had to make numerous phone calls and every time I was wrongly informed about when I would hear back, some would say by the end of the day, 5 minutes or 24 hours but end result was always nothing, I had to chase. Every time you email it will be a different person responding as they only have one generic customer service email.
I have had no option but to escalate the matter and seek professional help to resolve the issue.

John Lewis Opticians at Bluewater had to replace lens because the lens has become faulty. They took the glasses and said they would replace the lenses under guarantee.
The then lost the order and we had to chase them. We were then told that the glasses were ready and when we went to collect them they said have we brought the frames with us. They actually had kept the frames and lost them. They then had the cheek to say we had them. After another delay they finally produced a new pair. The service and the attitude of the manager is appalling and could never recommend this branch to anyone. The manager effectively treated us as we were wrong. Having had to travel from West Sussex twice to collect them we were not offered any compensation for our time or travel costs.
Do not buy from them!
I bought two pair of trousers for 60 CHF/each (discounted). I've never seen such a low quality and ill constructed garment. If I had seen them at a market, I wouldn't have paid more than 5CHF. Of course when I asked to send them back, they said it wasn't possible as they had been discounded.

'Lederjacke' für SFR 89.00 bestellt. Auf dem Bild sah sie ja super aus. In Realität ist es aber eine sehr billig gemachte Jacke, sieht aus als wäre sie aus Plastik und riecht extrem nach Öl. Rückgabe nicht möglich da das Produkt schon 'aktion' war.. Schreckliche Qualität, keine Rücksendung. Katastrophe!

Il secondo comperato a giugno di questo anno, presentava lenti sporche, colore dissimile da quello che avevo prima, asticelle che si allentano in continuazione. C'è un errore di fabbricazione della cerniera, troppo spessa la quale non permette di serrare a dovere l'asticella. L'occhiale nei mesi si è andato aprendo sempre di più, le asticelle si allargano. Siete vergognosi. Mi sono lamentato tramite Klarna ma nessuna risposta. Ora per me è importante far sapere che non c'è più qualità nei vostri prodotti, soprattutto questo modello che conosco benissimo. Sono completamente insoddisfatto e vorrei non avervi dato i miei soldi. Disponibile a qualsiasi confronto, sia fotografico che di persona presso un vostro centro specializzato.
Rotura de patilla de gafas tras 1 año y 7 meses de uso
Compré unas gafas en febrero de 2020 y recientemente, sólo con el uso habitual de las gafas, se me ha roto una patilla.
Fui a la óptica donde compré dichas gafas y me informaron que al haber pasado más de 1 año y medio, ya no estaban en garantía.
Simplemente, quiero dejar constancia la calidad del producto que fabrica Luxottica y el total desentendimiento que realizan de los productos que venden.
Si la rotura se hubiera producido por un mal uso y/o accidente, nada que decir pero que sólo por usarlas, se rompan tras 1 año y 7 meses, habla muy claro de la calidad del producto y de la seriedad de la empresa.
Quería informar a todos los potenciales compradores de los productos de esta empresa de la experiencia vivida.

Bought their Prada sunglasses, which turned out to be crooked. Got no help from Luxxotica, as they have nothing to do with that, just redirected me to their distributor, who does not reply AT ALL. It turns out that buying a thing from them, firstly it may turn out to be of poor quality, and secondly, you will not get any help from them in this case.

Compré unas gafas con montura de Dolce&Gabbana en + Visión. Me dispuse a limpiar las lentes con una gamuza y se partieron a la mitad al cogerlas. Aunque el periodo de garantía se había pasado, contacté con la tienda, ya que las tenía muy bien cuidadas. Estaban como nuevas y no me parecía normal que una montura, que se supone es de la calidad, se partiera de esa manera. Nunca me ha pasado nada similar, ni siquiera con gafas de precios mucho más económicos.
Me derivaron a Luxottica con objeto de tratar el caso que les expuse y lo único que han hecho ha sido hacerme perder el tiempo e incrementar mi enfado. Me parece absolutamente ridícula la propuesta que me hacen, la sustitución de la gafa pagando yo el importe. No doy crédito. Venden un producto de ínfima calidad o defectuoso y, me proponen, que vuelva a comprarlo.
Queda totalmente claro que lo único que hacen es reírse de quienes han sido sus clientes, razón por la cual no volveré a comprar ningún producto de estas empresas. Piensas que estás pagando más porque el producto es de calidad, pero es lo contrario, lo único que pagas es la marca, ya que la calidad y la atención al cliente es pésima.

HORRIBLE customer service, horrible phone system that disconnects you, online system that they sent a link for doesn't work, cannot get a live person on the phone. stay away from their products. pay attention to the brands they make and do NOT buy! Prada is one of the brands and because of Luxottica's horrible service I will never buy that brand again! pay a premium price for a product and that quality is horrible and the support is worse!

They charge 73 Euro for a par of replacement lenses. Then they send the wrong one and don’t even reply to my claim. Luckily I could have the PayPal payment cancelled. Make sure to pay only with PayPal to them as they are extremely unreliable.

Ho acquistato un paio di occhiali Oakley Sylas da “OtticaSM” che ha dimostrato assoluta professionalità rispettando tutto quanto indicato nell’ inserzione online e dandomi pronta ed esauriente risposta (sulll’autenticiità degli occhiali) quando, ricevuti gli occhiali, li ho trovati (conoscendo ed acquistando il marchio Oakley dal 97- credo più di 20 modelli, ultimo dei quali a fine luglio, oltre ad abbigliamento da sci ecc) non assolutamente “allineati” allo standard qualitativo a cui ero abituato (per materiali - plastica rumorosa, lenti senza alcun marchio PRIZM e che “ballano”, fanno rumore dentro la montatura e finiture approssimative).
Ho scoperto che gli occhiali in parola sono stati prodotti in Brasile, probabilmente nei differenti centri produttivi gli standard qualitativi non sono allineati.
Un gran peccato per Luxottica, ai quali fondatori hanno dedicato una vita intera, sapendovi costruire l’impero che conosciamo ed allo stesso tempo (avendo modo di conoscere personalmente una cara amica che lavora nella sede di Agordo) ed allo stesso tempo facendo sentire i dipendenti parte integrante della famiglia e condividendone soddisfazioni e risultati.

Ich kann die Klagen hier nicht nachvollziehen. Einfach zum autorisierten Händler gehen. Dort wird das Problem in der Regel ohne Probleme gelöst da Luxottica im gegensatz zu vielen anderen in der Branche sehr kulant ist.
