Pessima esperienza Luxottica

Pessima esperienza. Acquistati occhiali da sole , pagati con Carta di Credito , mi dicono essere stati inviati il 21 di maggio, e nonostante le mie continue telefonate, le ultime tre registrate, non hanno notizie dell’invio. Ho chiesto un nuovo invio presso un loro negozio o il rimborso ma mi è stato negato fino a quando non avranno certezza della perdita della spedizione…. quindi mai😡😡😡

wants me to return defective glasses…

wants me to return defective glasses before them sending me replacement pair. meaning I will not be able to see anything for at least a week. Somehow this is appropriate way to do business is to treat your customers like thieves, meanwhile the consumer is virtually forced to purchase from this brand as they are a monopoly in the glasses world. Does not care about disabled individuals.

Inconsistent Return Policy and Delayed Delivery: A Disappointing Experience

The behavior of this company is simply unacceptable. Just a week ago, they informed me via email that because the product couldn't be returned, they would promptly refund me, suggesting I dispose of the RB Smart Glasses and charging case following local guidelines. Now, after I've already disposed of the item as per their instructions, they're demanding its return. Such inconsistency is utterly disgraceful. I plan to escalate this issue with my bank. Additionally, my order arrived weeks late.

Qualità le ti essilor

Slave. 4 paia di occhiali in tre anni. Forse per i miopi possono andare bene. Per gli ipermetropi come me dopo aver speso 1900 euro non sono per nulla soddisfatto. Sbagliato il centraggio, canale visione strettissimo devo quasi incollare agli occhi la lente. Qualità lente pessima piena di riverberi. Penso che vision ottica usi lenti non essilor. È impossibile che essilor abbia così scarsa la qualità . Sarà la mia impressione.

Had a discussion with Reddy Apurva; I am completely appalled at the unprofessional, immature, snarky, condescending and rude behavior during the discussion.
With employees of that nature and behavior it does not represent the company well at all.

Decepcionada con D&G

No se merece ni una estrella deberían todas estas opiniones hacerlas virales, pésima calidad mis D&G se rompieron de la pata derecha, la compra la realice en palacio de hierro y ya no hubo garantía. Solo menciona que con el proveedor por su puesto se lavan las manos. Decepcionada y enfadada. Ojalá multarán por hacer gafas de pésima calidad.

Ho acquistato un paio di occhiali da ottico di fiducia......
Modello Emporio Armani mod. EA 4160 5088.
La montatura si è rotta subito per un evidente errore di progettazione...costati 150€ si sono dimostrati peggio di una cinesata....
L'ottico non me li ha cambiati in garanzia perché si è rotta la montatura non un difetto di fabbricazione....
Luxottica dovrebbe spendere meno in feste di Natale e progettare occhiali più affidabili.....i cinesi li fanno meglio e se si rompono te li cambiano senza storie.
DELUSISSIMO!!!!

Where is a real person?

Had eye exam6/22,ordered glasses & 4bx contacts.could not see,called,was told to give several weeks for adjustment..(I have always used contacts and the moment you place them in your eyes you can see) made me wait 3 months. November returned all, but because it was past 90, no refund from store only Luxottica. STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!! Plus waiting on doctor to refund exam $ 180..Nearly $1,000. I spent and have no glasses or contacts. AWFUL optometrist kept guessing contact strength, the whole process was a sham. Don't use Palm Coast Florida Optical in Target

Appalling customer service and damage goods

The company Luxottica is the representation for Oakleys who don’t give a damn about their customers or the money that customers spend and they cannot be bothered to deal with complaints as when you asked to speak to a manager they give multiple excuses and I have been currently waiting for a manager to call me back since 10 November 2023 the customer services team on the phone and online chat keep lying and making false excuses. I’ve asked them to provide me with an email of all the glasses that they deal with so I know which brands to stay away from it now. Looks like that I will never be able to order glasses again or sunglasses , because I have a great fear that it will go through this crap company.

I played an order with Oakley on 2 November the order was held by customs in Italy for the following reasons One they failed to pack the item safely and it was damaged before it received custom clearance Two Oakleys failed to put the correct paperwork with the order to enable it to clear customs. After multiple attempts to contact Oakley to inform them of this, they refused to look at the information provided to them or deal with the problem, Oakley has since then offered me a 50% voucher, which has never worked. They also provided a link for the order. I’ve spent numerous of hours trying to resolve the problems that Oakley has caused, but with this company who has multiple glasses contract with the customer service is Like two planks of wood, trying to have an orgy. But then again, what do you expect from customer services based in India? I’ve never been able to contact someone who I have been able to fully understand or willing to resolve the issues I’ve given up with this company, and after 15 years of buying Oakley products, this is now come to a end due to the poor customer service.
