I have sent my Omega Seamaster to LWR several times over the last decade. Every time they have delivered an excellent service - from battery replacements to cleaning and maintaining. The service is always excellent, the communications superb, the price very competitive - and significantly better than what i was changed when sending to the original manufacturer. Long may they continue!

The web site was easy to understand and communicate with the company they kept me full informed on the price and where my watch was in the system. The work I had carried out was much cheaper than having it repaired in a shop . The watch was fully insured and protected in a case provided,will definitely use the again.

This company are fine with the easy jobs (battery replacements) but anything complicated - go somewhere else.

I needed a frame repair for my watch. They charged me for the parts in advance (around £750). Then radio silence. Nothing happened. No communication. Nada.

Sheer persistence led me to find out that the part was broken (by them, or in transit I don't know) but they never tried to get a new part and have now shut me down completely.

I've got my watch back but they have never done the repair. Never got the correct part replaced. Never paid me back my money.

Had my £10,000 submariner 3 months. No reply to emails and can't get hold of them. Anyone know how to go about getting the watch back as l've heard they've moved from Hatton gardens to Covent Garden's ?

Do not use. They sent me a watch box and pre addressed package to send my watch in which I did and now over 1 week later I have heard nothing. Tried calling and just states they are not available and to email which i have done then all i get from email is someone will be in contact which they have not done. Tracked on royal mail and its saying couldnt be delivered due to no longer at that address.
They are a joke so I am now trying to find out whats happened to my watch!!!

This company is a fraud, ripping customers off. I sent them my wife's Tag Hauer for servicing months ago, paid up front as they demanded. All looked very professional at first; insured packaging, detailed explanation of the quote...up until I paid. Since then total communications blackout despite many attempts to contact them. Nothing works.
I guess my next step is to try and recover my watch legally, my worry is they continue to advertise and will no doubt sucker many more into this black hole.
Do NOT use these guys, I am wondering how many others have lost their shirts with them

Shocking - Have had my watch for almost 9 months now and my £612 which I transferred for the repair on the 13th January. What communication - you can ring and it rings and rings. You can send an email and they say they will get back to you - and they don't. You can escolate to management and still nothing - DO NOT USE
Suggest STOP taking more work in until you have cleared what you have in the workshop - it really is that simple! I have even giving them a 5 star review previously so something has certainly changed

This is my 3rd review, I got a message from my previous 2 reviews asking for invoice numbers etc to check the validity of my claim that they have my watch and surprise surprise no response yet again. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND GIVE MY WATCH BACK !!!

I sent my watch to the luxury watch repair and they received it on the 6th August they informed me they had received the watch and would be in contact within 5-7 working days with a quote for work, it has now been 20 working days since they received my watch and I have still heard nothing. I have tried to contact them multiple times but with no reply.

They have been in contact eventually on the 8th September with my quote for the work to my watch. So no communication for 4 weeks.

Sent and paid for a cartier battery replacement and ultrasonic clean on Feb 4th, Took my money on 6th Feb, their phone line isn't even an answering machine just refers you to the chat or email, I have emailed umpteen times and only ever had one response 6 weeks ago where they said they were looking into it and would get back to me, of course they haven't, emailed 3 times since, including twice today, no reply so far. The amount of time I have wasted on this is unbelievable. They used to be a good company ...not anymore

I am writing this review in the hope of getting a response from management, as all standard communication channels have completely broken down. I sent my Tag Heuer watch to Luxury Watch Repairs who in turn have sent it to Tag to service. 21st June till now has seen only standard holding communication with no progress on my watch. I do not know where it is, its status or how much it may cost me to have it serviced. I am astonished this company is still trading with their totally unprofessional approach to communicating with customers.

I am writing this review in the hope of getting a response from management, as I have been trying to get an update on my watch refurbishment (which should now be complete) since May 2026.
I have tried all standard means of communication including email, phone, web chat and Instagram, yet all have been ignored and I am increasingly concerned that my watch has been stolen.
I sent my father’s Tag Heuer watch to Luxury Watch Repairs in May 2026 for a refurbishment (Order No: WI117326) and paid the c.£500 in full up front. Since that payment was processed four months ago, there has been a communications blackout and I have received minimal updates other than notifications of delays. Despite the delays, this should now be complete (according to the renewed timeline) and despite all my efforts, I am getting no response or update on where my watch is.
I require an immediate update on the status of my Tag Heuer and a confirmed delivery date for its return. Please contact me directly to resolve this urgently (Order No: WI117326).

Great service from start to finish. Packaging to send watch arrived quickly, was then notified that watch had been received. I messaged to explain I was gifting the watch to my son for his birthday and was assured the date would be met. When I followed up, Kelley again responded quickly, and true to their word, the watch was back with me, properly wrapped, all within a couple of weeks from when it was sent.

Extremely disappointing service – no communication

I sent my Rolex watch to Luxury Watch Repairs in May and, since then, I have received absolutely no meaningful communication or update regarding its progress.

My payment was taken in May, yet despite numerous calls and emails, I have been completely ignored. I have repeatedly asked to be contacted simply to receive an update and some reassurance that my watch is safe and will be returned to me, but it has been nothing but radio silence.

This is an extremely worrying and unacceptable level of customer service, particularly when dealing with a valuable and sentimental item. Once a company has taken payment and has possession of a customer’s watch, I would expect a basic level of communication and reassurance.

I genuinely wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before sending my watch to this company, as I certainly would have reconsidered.

I am posting this review in the hope that Luxury Watch Repairs will finally respond, provide me with a clear update and, most importantly, return my watch to me.

At this stage, all I am asking for is communication, transparency and the safe return of my property.

Still no update is forthcoming from Luxury Watch Repairs I paid over £1,300 in May to have work carried out .
My watch was a gift from late husband so has great sentimental value the situation is causing me great distress.
I have just read a couple of reviews one being a Justine who have recently had their items returned I would be most obliged to know how this was managed.

DO NOT USE . Absolutely disgusting results, no customer care or service. It is a scam site. They send you a lovely box, my fault for being a sucker. And now my watch is gone. Please do not use these ( Hatton garden shite) address.

Do not use this company! Be warned. My £4000 watch has been with then since may 2026 over 50 emails sent, online chat ignored half the time. Was told my watch was fixed 4 weeks ago and was waiting to be QC'd again nothing. Then told its been repaired and should receive back week commencing 1st September 2026. If not received by the end of next week. Then i will be seeking legal advice. Also paid £600 to have it repaired. The most bazare thing is, that the keep sending out free repair packages. YOU REALY DONT KNOW HOW F- ING ANOYED I AM BY THIS RUDE COMPANY.

I had used them years ago for battery replacement on omega and no problem but something drastic has changed within company

I sent off my omega watch for battery last November and waited until January until they assessed and gave me a price, they said they needed to send it off to omega and it needed further repairs which would be £495 so I paid it and communication just broke down

You can’t ring them, I was emailing every week with most times no reply and occasionally a fob off saying it was processing well

I eventually received my watch back in June but it came with the wrong time on it which was odd, I realised that it just kept stopping randomly

They wouldn’t refund me and said I needed to send it back (after they had it 8 months) which I wasn’t prepared to do

I asked them for paperwork from omega and a full breakdown of what they had done work wise and no response at all

I have since had to pay another company to put watch right and they were in disbelief at the mess they’d made of my £4600 watch

Stay clear people !!
