All seemed well but !
All seemed well . When checking over the table and chairs I found the plastic feet were missing from 2 of the chairs .
The ones with them on were a bent nail with a place of round plastic pushed over the bent part . Very cheap and shoddy .There were 2 cracks on one of the chair legs which should have been easy to indentify but I will now be repairing them .
I only took delivery approx 3 weeks ago . In the service package there is not enough teak sealer to do all the furniture .I will now have to buy more having paid a hefty sum for the care package .
Small but important points that do not do Luxus any favours .

We love the luxus patio furniture we bought. All of it is beautifully made and the finish is so smooth to the touch. We paid for the delivery service that set up everything and took away all of the packaging. They were truly professional, helpful and friendly.

Great Product
The product is fantastic and worth the wait. The only disappointment was that the delivery was some 4 weeks later than expected and being kept up to date with the delays wouldn’t have gone amiss. Having said that so happy and today we had the whole family around the new table and it was perfect.

Speedy delivery service is stated on the website. Speedy it was not!
I placed the order for my garden furniture on the 17 May and it was delivered on the 3 July. I was initially informed that it would take 3/4 weeks.
Whilst I appreciate that delays can take place, i do not appreciate the lack of communication! I was only updated as to a delivery date after making enquiries.
I was offered a Teak Care kit as a goodwill gesture, but declined as I felt it did not make up for the delay.
Had I known that it wouldve taken so long, I would never had placed the order with Luxus.
This company's only saving grace is that the quality of the furniture exceeded my expectations and the delivery guys are a credit to the company.

Our lead times are generally 1-2 weeks unless stated otherwise on our product pages. Your order was originally estimated to be delivered within 3-4 weeks at the time of purchase. However, there was some unforeseen port congestion during peak season in Northern Europe that impacted the lead time of the items you purchased, these delays were publicised in the media and caused a delay to the delivery of your order by around 2 and a half weeks outside of the estimated lead time. Benches not good - don’t waste your time
Waited a long time for delivery, bench arrived cracked with a glued mend. Sent it back. 2nd bench arrived with a huge split. Sent that back. Customer service was good, product wasn’t. Had to chase the refund.

I began to get worried when the furniture didn’t arrive a week past the suggested time, so contacted customer services. Kane was very reassuring and helpful and explained the delay. He gave me a new time slot and indeed I heard from the delivery firm as promised (they were excellent). It would have been nice to have been informed of the delay at the start just to put one’s mind at ease.
