Great company to deal with
Beautifully made products, excellent service and communication. Your delivery company is a huge credit to you. 2 of the chairs were the wrong ones, the driver noticed, took it upon himself to call and request re-delivery of the correct items which were sent out soon after without any follow-up from me. Highly recommend.

We see you did purchase a cover, but the covers you purchased would not have been suitable for the full set of furniture ordered. We do try to be as accurate as possible with our images shown on the product description, to show that the largest cover for example is suitable for a table and 8 chairs, it does also note that this is not suitable for use with the San Francisco benches. If there are any issues around this we are always available to assess any particular issue and help in these matters.

Top notch customer service & items
Order arrived and had some small issues with a faulty batch of cushions, the team dealt with this very quickly and within a few days we had new cushions. Same error again but approached the team and they dealt with it appropriately and have been brilliant, kind and courteous about it. Highly recommend because this is what makes companies great when they’re customer service is just as good as the items!

Lovely garden table and chairs
The quality of the product, when we got it, was excellent: well crafted and solid teak chairs and table — very attractive and comfortable. There was, however, a delay in delivery, beyond the company’s stated delivery time. This meant that our garden table and chairs would have been delivered while we were away from home, although we were able to negotiate a later delivery slot. So: excellent, if you don’t need the product for a couple of months.
