Absolutely delighted both with the product and the customer service - thank you Tony & Meryl. The chairs, table and footstool fit perfectly on my garden terrace and compliment the rest of the garden beautifully. And they're not just pretty to look at, they are really comfortable to sit on as well. I can't stop looking them and smiling!

I can't recommend this company highly enough. The chairs and footrests are just what I wanted - they look great, they are extremely well made and low maintenance. Tony and Meryl provided an excellent service from start to finish and delivered the chairs to my door fully assembled and on time.

Thank you so much to Meryl and Tom for travelling all the way to West Wales to deliver our chairs. We weren't sure if which colour to choose so they brought both sets! As the weather's been so bad,and in the strong winds they didn't budge at all we've finally sat down today to try them.

Just bought 2 x Folding Adirondack Chair in Brazilian Walnut (that are actually made of resin so never rot, can leave out all year round etc) and I have to say they are even better than I hoped! You literally an hardly tell they aren't real wood, plus they're also really comfortable - amazing! Lux Woods service is also second to none - they insisted on carrying them through my house to set them up in my back garden - if only all companies were this helpful hey!

A distinctive, well made product. Looks great and is very comfortable. Excellent communication with the company, delivered to us when they said and assembled. The two individuals who run the company obviously care and want their customers to be completely satisfied.

I ordered 2 of the airondack chairs from the site and from start to finish Meryl and Tony were fantastic.
Their communication was second to none and they delivered the 2 chairs in person at a time to suit me as well. It is lovely to find a caring company that has old fashioned values about the correct way to communicate and deal with customers.
The chairs themselves are absolutely gorgeous. They are so well made and solid with attention to detail of the marine grade screws. They look so like wood its unreal and the fact they use recycled plastic.
Could not recommend this small business enough.

We could not be happier with our purchase of two chairs and a table. The quality is first class and no longer will we have to be replacing cheap wooden chairs that rot away in just a few years.

Tony and Meryl were a delight to purchase from. They clearly take complete pride in their product and offer faultless service. The items arrived more quickly than expected - and I anticipated delivery by some courier company. It was a lovely surprise to meet them personally and see the chairs positioned in the garden at just the right spot. Our dog took great pride in testing them out first and from the look of how comfortable she was, evidently approved thoroughly.

Thank you very much and we’ll back soon for the footstools no doubt!

Really really pleased with the 2 chairs I purchased.
The 2 owners were really helpful, rearranging delivery to work with my diary and personally delivering and showing me how the chairs folded and locked in place.
The chairs are really comfortable and they took the time to talk through cleaning tips.
