LV Property have been outstanding from start to finish, and are nothing short of amazing. I had a bad experience with a previous agent, and transferred my property onto LV. From the get go both Ella and Stacey were very informative and I was pretty much sold on the services they offered. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process, and they sourced a new tenant for me within a week.

I hope the service received continues, however I feel my property is within safe hands which is the most important thing for me as a landlord.

LV have worked with me throughout the purchase of my new home and I cannot thank them enough for their efficiency and professionalism. In particular I’d like to thank Sophie and Aimee who have helped me survive the process of buying a house! Aimee has been a great mediator between solicitors and her communication with keeping me up to date was fantastic, both herself and Sophie were always responsive to my many requests. Unprofessional. Despite having agreed a purchase, while arranging paperwork and transfers LV responses went quiet. It turns out the reason for this, re-negotiating another sale more "convenient" for LV. The decency to call, no. It seems a more convenient deal for LV is this companies priority. If you are looking for a personal and honourable service with good communication that you can rely on or basic common decency then beware.

I was looking for a place for my client to purchase in city centre and after been to numerous agent, I found LV to be most professional and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended!!!

Horrendous experience letting my apartment in Central Birmingham. Lee Grogan and Jaspal Singh promised great things and did not even obtain a single viewing in 3 weeks. In that time, my other agent had 9 viewings and 3 offers at the asking price. They did not even bother to go to the apartment and take pictures, and used the other agents one instead. Stay clear!

We instructed lv to market our 3 bedroom apartment in the JQ after seeing 3 other local agents. We found the valuation to be realistic and on point with what we had already reseched, they came across highly knowledgable and experienced which in turn gave us the confidence in their ability to perform. We agreed a sale at the asking price after 3 weeks, this was all under their guidance, we could have accepted an lower offer but they advised us to wait as they were confident in getting the asking price. Well done and thank you for your efforts.

They exceeded expectations, we originally bought our townhouse via Jas at LV in the Jewellery quarter roughly 3 years ago and decided we wanted to use them to help us sell this. From valuation to completion they have been superb, not only did we manage to get a lot more than what we expected but they also made the process hassle free, we all know processes and procedures can sometimes slow down the sales process but in this case lv went the extra mile in getting all the paperwork which was needed from the site freeholder in order to complete quicker. Great job, well done.

Everyone know that buying or selling a house is a very stressful time. The sales team at John Hiltons are exemplary. They guided me through the process and dealt with any issues that arose quickly. I honestly don't think that I would use another agent to buy or sell as it is so hard to find an agent you can trust. What shines through the most it the wealth of experience of the sales team. They have been doing it a long time and it shows.

We bought our property through this estate agent - I am really impressed with the whole experience. We worked closely with Harry & Lee - they are very friendly and professional at the same time. We have been a customer of LV for over two years now. They assisted us in locating a suitable investment property in the Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham, helped us with the physical aspects of the process (collecting the keys & performing the walk-through etc.) and found us a tenant almost immediately upon completion of our purchase. They have always been very prompt in responding to our enquiries & remitting the rent, even providing guidance on payment of income tax to the UK gov. They have also proven to be most proactive in ensuring our property is always occupied, with almost no periods when it has been vacant. Lee is a great addition to the team at LV by the way. As expat landlords we feel confident that management of our property is in good hands with LV.

Reposting this as LV reported it as being a "fake article":
Only gave 1 star as it wasn't possible to give any lower. In my opinion, LV are a company unfit to manage a single property, let alone a portfolio.

I'm unsure where to begin with this review, perhaps the unacceptable level of customer service, perhaps the incompetence of staff or maybe the incomprehensible delay dealing with emergency maintenance issues.

I'm sure that below this post LV will formulate some sort of excuse and state that all maintenance issues reported are eventually sorted, they will probably insist that they will always strive to provide a better customer service. However, given that in all the periodic negative reviews that I have seen posted on this site continually raise the same issues, this should not be believed. Needless to say, LV will let you down, it's just a question of when and how many times.

05/07/2017 - Disgusted by LV's response below. After talking to the director of the company (Jas) at length about the issues I have experienced with LV Property last night, which included (amongst other things) leaving me without a functioning toilet for a prolonged period of time, he apologised profusely and asked me to take down the above review, which I was considering, until I read their response. I guarantee to anyone reading this post that this is not a fake review and it will now certainly remain upon this site.

Further, just because something does not contain specific examples does not make it a fake review. By that hypothesis a number of positive reviews below which simply state things such as 'Very helpful. Would recommend' are also fake as they don't specify what exactly LV were very helpful with.
