Firma działa na granicy lub poza granicą prawa
Zostałem poproszony o opinię na temat jakości usług Lycamobile. Oto więc opinia... Jakość połączeń jest zwykle na wysokim poziomie, jakość obsługi natomiast wręcz przeciwnie. W przypadku jakichkolwiek problemów po stronie polskiej nie jesteście w stanie udzielić żadnej pomocy. Zdarzało mi się kontaktować bezpośrednio z UK i to przynosiło pozytywny skutek. Ale te problemy bledną w zderzeniu z sytuacją, kiedy obciążacie kartę płatniczą, której danych w ogóle NIE POWINNIŚCIE PRZECHOWYWAĆ, bo została usunięta z konta użytkownika! Taka sytuacja zmusiła mnie do zablokowania karty płatniczej w jednym banku. Kilka miesięcy później zrobiliście to samo w przypadku mojej innej karty! Polska infolinia twierdzi, że "to niemożliwe". Czy to już przestępstwo czy tylko przewinienie?... Zaufanie do firmy Lycamobile oceniam niniejszym na 0/10!
