This company can improve, by sorting out my refund ,I don't think bad manners and lack of care will do this company an favours. Just had a response from lyca requesting phone numbers again, all the information was and has been supplied a couple of times before , goes to show not listening, what did I say in this review, what a joke, I do hope that this can be sorted as soon as possible, am laughing so much my ribs are very sore,another day gone by still nothing, I'll say the same tomorrow ,another day gone by, we'll wait another day then.

Lyca Mobile has completely failed me
Lyca Mobile has completely failed me. I paid $180 for a 12-month plan and I’ve had nothing but problems. I’ve contacted them over 100 times. I’ve called 3-4 times a day begging for help and no one has resolved my issue.
Because of Lyca, I can’t contact my workmates. I can’t reach my doctor or family. A phone that can’t make calls is useless.
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. $180 wasted. If you need a phone that actually works, do NOT choose Lyca Mobile. I’m leaving as soon as I can.

Unzuverlässige Erreichbarkeits-SMS: Benachrichtigungen darüber, dass mein Telefon besetzt oder ausgeschaltet war (Anruf-Info-SMS), kommen extrem unregelmäßig an – manchmal funktionieren sie, oft jedoch überhaupt nicht.
Extrem langsame Verbindung: Die Geschwindigkeit der mobilen Daten ist unerträglich langsam und entspricht nicht dem Standard.
Inkompetenter Kundenservice: Bei meinem Versuch, diese Probleme über die Hotline zu lösen, konnten mir die Mitarbeiter nicht weiterhelfen, da sie angeblich keinen Zugriff auf die erforderlichen Kundendaten hatten, um die Störung zu analysieren
