Worst customer service
Lyca Mobile has been one of the worst mobile service experiences I have ever had.
It is impossible to reach customer service, both by phone and online. I tried several times and got nowhere, which is incredibly frustrating when you actually need help.
On top of that, if you add a top-up, you still cannot buy a plan with it, which is extremely misleading. I accidentally added a €15 top-up thinking it was required before purchasing a package, only to find out that the credit could not be used and I had to pay again separately.
This service is confusing, unhelpful, and feels like customers are being trapped into paying twice. I would strongly advise others to avoid Lyca Mobile.

Extra charge on data packeg
Poor network in madeira and i bought 12 months packeg 50 gb the price was 5.60€ but now months they charged 7€ without my permisson totally scam of lyca sim and packeg from next month i m going to change sim
