the website is very user friendly and easy to navigate... have just started wearing the item i ordered so as of yet can't comment on its effectiveness...the directions were a bit difficult for me to follow, but my therapist was able to fit the garment to my leg...now just hoping it works...

I ordered a product and PAID for it. I have not received the product. I sent two emails requesting status in the last 5 days. I did not receive any response to the emails. In the past I had good service, this experience was a disappointment.

Items never received cost over £250 poor communication

I'm always satisfied with my purchases from lymphedema products. I get exactly what I order and on time.

I have no complaints. The stockings arrived in a timely manner and fit fine. They appear to be exactly what my therapist wanted me to get. They fit well and are reasonably comfortable.

Very good customer service. I ordered an item, it arrived slightly damaged, and Lymph. Products listened to my complaint and shipped me a replacement - very quickly - and I would order from them again and recommend them.

I love my support shorts! They have made a huge difference in my daily pain. Also I have more confidence to exercise since my inflammation stays lower with use.

We ordered sleeves 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing about them. Created a support ticket in the support system with no feedback either.

Never received my purchase. I wrote to you and was sent to some weird email thing.

Easy to use. They offer a number of products and a large number of suppliers. Just wish shipping was a little quicker. I have been waiting for over a week and a half to 2 weeks for some of my products.

Placed an order over a week ago. Have not received it, nor have I received any shipping information or updates. Emailed the company for assistance 4 days ago; I received no answer from the company. Called the company yesterday and no one picked up the phone. Tried to chat with customer service via chat on the website yesterday and the day before and there was no one available. Today I was on hold for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone. The person I spoke to called me "darling" which I found demeaning and rude. Evidently, I will receive my order tomorrow and will receive an email with shipping information tonight. I don't trust that will actually happen, but whatever. Can't wait until the item doesn't fit and I need to return it. That ought to be a rockin' good time.

I unfortunately had to cancel a gauntlet order after Juzo changed the design without alerting customers. Maritza was wonderful, helping me with the order and discussing other options. I appreciated that very much.

I am still waiting on part of my order, the most important part, my compression hose. I placed my order over A week ago, I emailed yesterday and still have not received a response. I have always had great service with this company, so this is not the norm.

Terrible service. I will not ever buy from this company again. No communication back until I wrote a nasty letter. Nothing but comments from customers asking where their medical supports were. Hire more help. Lost any future business from me. People are hurting!!!
