1st I've still not received my order!!!
Ridiculous!

Everything worked as advertised. Can't ask for more.

Never received product. Lost in mail. Post office will not refund. Emailed company again. Have not received a reply. Very disappointed.
Recommendation came from a cancer center. Will tell them about my experience so they can remove your company from their list.

Fast, easy ordering and fast delivery.

The products are great, the shipping is rapid, and the prices are high.

This company has great products and decent prices, but if you ever want a product on time you will not get it. When they say no rush shipping, THEY MEAN IT!!! You might wait weeks to get your things. So yes, pay out the wahzoo so you can actually get your products. They are in no hurry whatsoever to get anything to you on time. In the meantime, I have patients who are trying to get a good price and not lose their shorts on shipping, so we order the no rush shipping. Their legs continue to need products because of swelling, but who knew you needed to pay extortion prices for shipping!? If you need something on time, you should probably go with a different company. They use FedEx, and we all know that FedEx is in no hurry to do the right job. That’s why they fit in perfectly with this company.

The product is great, but the on-line ordering was bad. I placed my order and nothing ever arrived. Two weeks later I called and the customer service rep who took care of me could see the order being placed, but could not see it ever being shipped. He took care of the problem and it finally arrived.

I placed an order on December 31, 2020 for a Bellisse Bra. I called January 19th to check on the order. I was told there was a delay from the manufacture in Germany but that the order would be shipped within a day. I was also told I would receive an email stating this and I would have the product by the end of the week. I did not receive an email at all, nor the product. I called again 2 or 3 week later. I was told it was not in stock and would be shipped around February 18th. I expressed that I should have been given some communication regarding the second delay. I was given a verbal apology and asked for patience because the company was going through some growing pains. I called today - March 15th - I was told that it was shipped today from the manufacturer. I asked where it was coming from; he told me in North Carolina (which is where I live). Hmmm, I had been told previously that the manufacturer was in Germany. He didn't have a direct answer for which was correct. I have left a message on the office manager's voice mail asking her to contact me. We shall see if I receive the call back or the product. During this time period, I have not received any email or other communication about the delay in the product being sent. This is very poor customer service.

I requested and paid for expedited shipment which was ignored. My previous order was lost and not fulfilled until I phoned. I will not use this company again.

It took this company 5 weeks to get the products out to me.
I should have gone thru Amazon and had it the next day.

Very poor communication & customer service. Purchased a pair of compression hose from this company after a high recommendation from my PT. The payment of $110 cleared my account 02/10/21. I submitted an email 02/23/21 requesting a tracking number for my product. After no response, I called customer service 02/25/21 only to find the product had not shipped & wouldn't for several more days. This is my first experience requiring compression products. If you need compression garments as a result of cancer surgery go somewhere else. I do not recommend this company. Cannot wait to see how long it takes to receive my refund. BTW, when I called customer service I spoke with Jessica.

Poor customer service. I have left messages and tried to return or exchange product but can’t get anyone to have a conversation with me. Won’t recommend and will put what I have in dispute.

I have been buying lymphedema arm sleeves from Lymphedema Products for five years. Their service has always met or exceeded my expectations. I will continue to do business with them. That is the greatest endorsement that I can give.

I give 5 stars for the company and the whole ordering process. However, the product was not as well made as the last time I ordered it.

Under the circumstances your customer service is superb.

They sent an email saying there was a discount over and above the preferred customer discount. There was none. When I sent an email asking them to fix this, they did not reply. POOR customer service. I will be finding a new vendor for my medical supplies.
