I still have not received my products. I have not received any communication from Lymphedema Products concerning my order. My original order said the products would be shipped the following Wednesday. That did not happen! I've called three times, and each time I'm told it will take longer than the last information I was given. The last gal I talked to took my name and said she'd keep me informed. I'm trusting she will. I can understand a delay, especially in these unprecedented times. But I need to be kept informed as to what is happening. I was very surprised the first time I called to learn that they had not been shipped. I continue to get my legs wrapped. . . . Just waiting.

Of all the compression sleeves I have tried, the ones from Lymphedema Products are the best, they wear well, wash well and last! I appreciate the pricing and the fact that the company gives you a discount for being a loyal customer! Quick delivery as well.

I have not received my order. I emailed through your support and received a link that gave me no information. I paid a lot of money for wraps NOT received. I am extremely disappointed!!!

I use Lymphedema Products to purchase my short stretch wraps. The delivery is quick, ordering easy but still upset that they entice with a possible large percentage off, but always deliver a tiny discount. I have addressed this in the past and feel it's misleading. Don't approve of this business practice.

After 7 years as a customer, I had a problem with receiving credit on a return. Lymphedema Products' Director of Sales eventually resolved the issue, providing excellent customer service, a complimentary product, consultation and suggestions, and an example of a different product. I will be a customer again!

Wonderful product, very good service and follow up.

I received the wraps and the bandages but haven't received the sleeve I'm told it's being processed that's been over a week never had this problem before.

Customer support couldn’t have been nicer. I inadvertently ordered the wrong product. One call and my order was adjusted. Knowledgeable and courteous, I will be a returning customer.

I still don’t have a tracking number on my arm wrapping kit. I have no idea when I’ll get it and I really need it for physical therapy. I’ve reached out to customer support and I’ve gotten no answer. I ordered this almost 3 weeks ago.

You are asking for a review, I have not even received my product and it's been weeks...........then I submitted an inquiry on your website, STILL NO REPLY!

Ridiculous, will NEVER order from you again.

Sadly my product I ordered took over 2 weeks to receive. Lack of email notifying me that there is an issue why it was taking that long. Instead I receive emails asking to review the product before I even received it.

I placed an order July 24. 28 days later—wit h an email and phone call to customer service in the meantime— and I still don’t have my order and no communication to let me know if or when I can expect it. I have been a customer for several years and have always been pleased with the pricing but I am very hesitant to order from this company again.

I had been searching all over the internet for replacement velco pads for my compression wraps. I stumble on your website and I now I'm doing the happy dance. Your pads were just what I wanted. The price was right and delivery - perfect. THank you!

I ordered my product and waited 2 weeks. It never came. Then I got an email saying I need to rate the company. I emailed back and said I did not get it. They said your product is out of stock and on back order. Give us about 2 more weeks. So if I had not emailed to tell them I had not received it, were they gon let me know. I thought someone should have contacted me as soon as I ordered to let me know it was out of stock. I didn't like that.

My son was wearing wraps from another company which were really expensive size xxl until I heard about yaw. This is the third set of leg wraps I purchased for him he went from xxl now since I been getting them from here I just got him in a small. We are so excited.
