No refund + lying to customers
After no contact for weeks, they replied to my other review on trustpilot. They state that they replied to all my attempts to contact them, wich is not true at all. Allegedly a refund has ben issued more than 2 weeks ago, however nothing has arrived yet. I‘m incredibly disappointed. Fix your sh*t. I‘m done running after my money. It‘s more than 400 euro‘s we‘re talking about. Reach out to me asap. Thanks.

We received your order on August 15, 2025, and immediately sent it to the manufacturer for custom manufacturing so we could ship it as soon as possible to your address in Breda, the Netherlands.
On August 21, 2025, you requested cancellation of the order, and we promptly responded that there were no problems and that the terms and conditions you agreed to when placing the order would apply.
The partial refund has already been issued (within one business week), and crediting times vary from 3 to 25 business days depending on your credit card provider (refund times are beyond our control).
We would like to emphasize that we responded promptly to all your requests (it's a shame we can't attach photos to prove it!).

Pessimo prodotto
Ho comprato un rivestimento per la sella della mia motocicletta, ovviamente non prodotto da loro, che si inzuppa di acqua pure quando non piove e la rilascia per i giorni successivi rendendo impossibile guidare la moto con il CxxO asciutto. Non hanno risposto al messaggio inviato tramite il numero whatsapp fornito sul sito, per cui ho contattato direttamente il produttore, il quale mi ha inviato gratuitamente dei coprisella. Solo successivamente M4Tuning ha risposto a un mio messaggio di posta elettronica dicendo che avevano saputo che avevo risolto direttamente con il produttore, per cui per loro andava bene così. In sostanza io mi compro un rivestimento per la sella della motocicletta "bello da vedere", ma lo devo tenere coperto con un sacchetto di plastica altrimenti si bagna. Bella teoria!!!

Abbiamo ricevuto il Suo ordine (Rivestimento Sella Ducati Multistrada V2 - Haria - Comfort System di Tappezzeria Italia) il giorno 11/06/2025 e lo abbiamo subito inviato al produttore per la realizzazione su richiesta.
Il pacco è stato spedito il giorno 20/06/2025 con corriere GLS e numero di spedizione TW661498366 al Suo indirizzo di Albano Laziale.
Il giorno 14/07/2025 ci ha contattato per un problema alle ore 14.25 e ha ricevuto risposta alle ore 14.32 dello stesso giorno, non abbiamo ricevuto altre richieste da parte Sua.
In questo lasso di tempo Lei ha contattato il produttore che le ha spedito un coprisella in garanzia con corriere GLS e numero di spedizione MM660183591.
Se avesse atteso la nostra risposta le sarebbe stato spedito lo stesso un coprisella in garanzia.
I materiali utilizzati sono impermeabili al 100%.
Le cuciture, invece, sono termonastrate internamente, garantendo l'impermeabilità pari all'80%.
Le è stata inviato in formato PDF una copia grafica del foglio informativo che accompagna ogni prodotto (dovrebbe aver trovato lo stesso all'interno del pacco).
Il produttore realizza selle da più di un decennio usando materiali di prima scelta (non abbiamo infatti mai avuto questo problema in passato).
Nonostante la spedizione in garanzia del prodotto ha preteso un rimborso completo, non previsto ovviamente avendo Lei ricevuto una seconda copertura in garanzia.
Ricevere una steolla da parte Sua perchè l'assistenza le ha risposto n 7 minuti e le è stata spedita una nuova copertura in pochi giorni non ci sembra corretto ma non possiamo fare altro che accettare la Sua opinione.
Le auguriamo una buona stagione motociclistica!

Ordinato due settimane fa uno scarico della moto. I tempi di consegna o una possibile data di consegna non li sai a meno che non mandi una mail direttamente a loro. Due settimane che lo stato dell’ordine è a “pagamento accettato” e mi dicono che verrà spedito a fine maggio. 1 mese per avere uno scarico mi sembra assurdo.

Abbiamo ricevuto il Suo ordine (GPR Cf Moto 650 NK 2021-2022 CF.2.CAT.ALBl) il 1/05/2025 e lo abbiamo inviato immediatamente al produttore per la realizzazione su richiesta per poterlo spedire il prima possibile al Suo indirizzo di Acqui Terme in Italia.
Sul sito è specificato molto chiaramente che i prodotti vengono realizzati su richiesta a seguito dell'ordine e, per questo motivo, di chiedere i tempi di produzione prima di effettuare l'ordine, non ci risulta nessuna richiesta da parte Sua antecedente l'ordine.
Domenica 11 maggio 2025 ci ha inviato una mail molto poco educata chiedendo quando sarebbe stato spedito il pacco e ha ricevuto una risposta esaustiva entro 2 ore nonostante la giornata non lavorativa.
Ricevere una stella perchè non ha letto attentamente le indicazioni presenti online e non ha chiesto i tempi di produzione prima di ordinare non ci sembra corretto ma non possiamo fare altro che accettare la Sua decisione.
Le auguriamo una buona stagione motociclistica!

After almost exactly 40 years, I bought a 1978 Kawasaki Z-1000 A,
the same motorcycle I rode as a teenager.
Back then, I had a Marving 4-into-1 exhaust system installed, and I wanted to install the exact same exhaust system,
with that unmistakable sound, on the bike again.
Searching the used market was quite tedious, but then, more by chance, I saw
that you still had this system in your range and at a really great price.
Delivery took a little longer, but the wait was definitely worth it.
The quality is excellent, and the unmistakable sound takes me back to the 80s; it couldn't have been better! 👍😉

Auspuffpaar SUZUKI GS 850 G
Habe am 15.03.2025 ein Auspuffpaar für meine Suzuki GS 850 BJ 79 bei M4Tuning bestellt. Mit wurde dazu eine Lieferzeit von 40-45 Arbeitstagen durch MARVING mitgeteilt. Tatsächlich kamen die Auspufftöpfe aber bereits nach einer guten Woche an! Die Auspuffanlage passt top, ich bin sehr zufrieden!

We received your order on 11/18/2024 and immediately sent it to the manufacturer for production on request to ship it as soon as possible to your Courriere address in Belgium.
Nowhere on the site does it specify that the products are shipped in 2 days, on the contrary it is recommended to contact us to ask for the production times before placing the order and we do not appear to have followed this simple indication.
On 11/19/2024 you contacted us to find out the production times and we replied within minutes that we would ask the supplier and update you, which we did as soon as we received a reply.
Your order was shipped on 11/28/2024 ahead of schedule with BRT courier and shipping number 174040365619.
Receiving a one-star review because you read things not written on the site and did not follow the instructions, because we shipped the package early and responded to your emails does not seem right to us but we can only accept your decision!

Recibimos su pedido (1405 Leovince Honda Forza 125 2017/2020 Black - Catalizador: No) el 29/08/2024 y lo enviamos inmediatamente al fabricante para su producción bajo pedido.
El día 18/09/2024 enviamos tu pedido con mensajería GLS y número de envío TW642876244 a tu dirección de CALVIA en España.
El 25/09/2024 la señora nos escribió a su nombre
Sylvia Ennis nos comunica un problema de montaje y descubrimos que tiene la versión 2023, en el sitio se especifica claramente que el producto que solicitó es compatible exclusivamente con la versión 2017/2020.
El producto que recibió es exactamente lo que pidió.
Se trata de un claro error por su parte durante la fase de pedido, una lectura más profunda por su parte de los datos presentes en línea habría evitado este error.
Sin embargo, aceptamos la devolución especificando que el producto debe ser nuevo, nunca ensamblado y totalmente intacto, sin ninguna señal.
El 10/09/2024 recibimos la devolución de su paquete y descubrimos que el escape deportivo está totalmente rayado y arruinado en varios lugares (es una pena que no podamos subir fotos para demostrarlo), le enviamos las fotos que demuestran el daño que había provocado al producto comunicándole que no podíamos aceptar la devolución dadas las condiciones en las que había reducido el escape deportivo.
Recibir una estrella por tu parte porque no podemos aceptar la devolución de un producto hecho específicamente para ti y que has rayado sin reservas no nos parece correcto pero no podemos hacer más que aceptar tu decisión.

Der Sportauspuff 8289E Leovince BMW F 800 R LV ONE EVO ging sofort in Produktion, sodass er so schnell wie möglich an Ihre Adresse in Menzingen, Schweiz, versendet werden konnte.
Am 25. Juli 2024 haben Sie uns geschrieben, um herauszufinden, wann Ihre Bestellung versandt wird, und wir haben Ihnen geantwortet, dass sie sich im Bau befindet und etwa Mitte September versandt wird (die Zeiten sind aufgrund der Sommerschließung von Leovince während des Sommers lang). Zero customer service
Customer service is non existent. Nobody answers the phone or replies to emails. Delivery time is a total mystery. It took 3.5 weeks and the only way I found out about the shipment was via email from GLS. And don't forget, they would charge 20% for cancelling the order! The actual Brembo HP2000 brake pads, when they finally arrived, were fine though.
Edit: they only reply to a bad review, of course claiming to have not recieved emails from me and having informed me of the delivery time. In fact those are lies, because I do have confirmations of my messages recieved both via email and whatsapp on July 16th.

We immediately informed you by email that it was a product made on request that would be available for shipping between the end of July and the beginning of August.
We sent the package on 02/08/2024 with GLS courier and shipping number TW642496739.
The package was shipped according to the times communicated and was delivered within a few days.
Lying by saying that we don't respond to your emails is incorrect as we haven't received any emails from you, how could we respond to something we never received?
Receiving a one-star review that only tells lies doesn't seem right to us but we can't help but accept your decision.
