I have still not received package 📦 post office/ parcel force say there is a do not deliver on my package ? And I can’t find out why

I have not received my items from you
I have not received my items from you. I had a dhl notification it was out for delivery yesterday but it never arrived. I have emailed you and all I got was a response saying it has left the warehouse and you are looking into it. I need more information than this including a timescale. No way to phone company and not responding quickly to emails. Avoid .

I still haven’t received my parcel
I had a bit of a nightmare as DHL lost my parcel. However the support and communication from Hannah helped tremendously and the parcel was found a delivered. As a gesture of goodwill the company refunded the delivery fee. Best of all my granddaughter got her gorgeous bed canopy in time for her birthday and she absolutely loves it. No issues with nap time now and the quality of the canopy is superb 👍🏻😊😊😊
