Euro crates are great but their courier service tends to damage the crates

The product is good and at a reasonable price. My only gripe is that for a second time they offered next day delivery only to email the next day to say it would be over a week before they were sent.

Very poor quality. I did order double layer box and all box are thin and like single layer.

Placed an order on Friday for some bubble wrap for next working day and it arrived first thing Monday morning, great service. Thank you very much.

We have always found Macfarlane Packaging an excellent company to deal with both in service and product quality.

Needed something urgently, spoke to Nicki who was incredibly helpful and swiftly processed the packaging we required.

Not good first impressions.

I raised an order for some Champagne bottle packing kits via their website online store and paid extra for next day delivery. The items were not marked as "out of stock", yet the day after my order they advise me that the items are "out of stock". A 22 hour delay in order "processing". The specific goods will not be in stock for a minimum of 10 days. So, in effect, a two week delay on supply at best. Not good for a "Next Day Delivery"!

They really should fix their stock control/ordering system to warn people when items are out of stock. In this day and age it is not rocket science.

It is my experience that this company do not place high value on customer service. I use this company because they supply good products at a reasonable cost and because I use to be able to collect my items, but with Covid restrictions they only do deliveries now and sadly this is where it all falls apart. I have experience significant issues with the deliveries of my last 4 orders, so much so I cancelled part of an order I placed in November 2020 because I still hadn't received the items in January 2020. Although their order system states 3 day delivery for items in stock, my experience is that this is rarely met. For example I placed 8 days ago, Macfarlane confirmed that it has been with a local courier for 7 of those days but I still haven't received it, even though I have stressed that these items are urgent. They cant shed any light on why the courier company have it in transit for 7 days and keep fobbing me off with the same excuses. On the face of it it appears they place more value in their relationship with their courier company than they do with their customers. Whilst all other factors with this company are good, if they cant deliver the products to you when you need them it is all pretty pointless! On all occasions I have contacted your customers care department but was left unsatisfied with the responses. All I get is false promises that my order will be delivered; on the current order so far I have waited in 5 full days for the delivery but nothing!

Excellant products , fast delivery will use again.

Less than impressed - took 5 days to even process an order despite promising fast shipping - won't make that mistake again!!

Poor communication and unreliable.
I ordered a moving kit with next day delivery on a Monday evening.
I got an email on Wednesday saying a box type from the kit was out of stock, but I'd have my order by Friday.
No word on Friday of a delivery coming so I called and they said they never got the restock so I wouldn't be getting my order. If I hadn't called, I wouldn't have found out. The woman on the phone offered to swap the box type and see what she could do about getting it delivered that day, but given that I had movers coming on Monday, that wasn't good enough.

At no point in all this did they offer to refund my next day shipping costs, either.
I called them back and cancelled my order. Luckily I had a someone who was able to drop round an order of boxes from Argos at a much cheaper price.
What I don't get is how I was allowed to order an out of stock item in the first place. If you don't have the stock, don't let me order next day delivery and save us all the hassle.

Kayleigh Spooner in Customer Services was fantastic, she really knew her products, she was positive, proactive, and really wanted to find something for me. I think her words were “I don’t like to be beaten; I really want to find you something” – which was just amazing to hear.

She found me a great product, informed me exactly where the product was held and what the lead times were. She also knew that the foam inserts were not glued on and could be removed, which is vital for me to know.

So fantastic to find really knowledgeable, helpful and friendly people! Thanks Kayleigh!

I had a slight issue with placing an order on your website but that was promptly resolved by the inside sales team Rosie.

I've made an order of a cardboard box and bubble wrap,with next day delivery. Didn't receive any tracking reference (the confirmation email said I would) and the next day I received only the bubble wrap (which was left by the outside door, without the courier even ringing the doorbell). I called the customer service asking about the box (which was the main point of the order) and only then I was told it was out of stock on that specific branch and that they've sent it from another branch, but it was sent and should be delivered the following day..
The following day nothing got delivered and I once again called customer service and was surprised as no one could tell me if the box had been sent (again - no tracking reference)… was told they'll look into it and would call me back, never did..
On the 3rd day I called again and still no box..and was told it might have been lost my the courier company and that they'll send yet a 2nd box free of charge..not so bad (or so I thought)
It is now the 4th day (end of) and once again I had to call them since no box was delivered (again!). Now I was told the box is still out of stock and that they're waiting for restock... MacFarlane had 4 days (plus the weekend) to tell me they're out of stock?why didn't they tell me from day 1?
Complete unprofessionalism, utter internal disorganization and very poor communication! Wouldn't use or recommend to anyone!
Let's see how long will it take to receive my refund...
