The bike is great
The bike is great, the only problem I had is that some parts (bike stand, front brea disc) were a little loose, I had to retighten them.

Assembly was easy
Assembly was easy, from opening the box to turning on the bike. I put it together myself in 45 minutes. Been riding for months now with no issues at all. Solid unit.

MacFox X7 and M16
Ordered the X7 and M16 for both of my boys and they absolutely love them! Very easy to assemble and you can tell right away its a very solid bike! Have had zero issues and would highly recommend!

Though i wishni had a little more torque on steeper hills and bumps in the road hurt a bit. I let some air out of the rear tire that helped along with a gel cushion on the seat.

Very great and fast customer service
Very great and fast customer service. I’ve had an issue with my XS1 charger for my battery, and an issue with my taillight. I reach out to Maccfox regarding these two issues, they responded same day and shipped me new parts. I have bought my whole family including myself a Maccfox bike. Great quality and tons of fun.

Great Experience. Great Bike
Bike Arrived on time. Instructions were easy to follow and was able to easily put bike together. Bike has been sturdy and dependable for my 14 year old son so far. Battery life is pretty good.
