Meals are delicious!
I recently started ordering meals for pick up. I love to cook but we are renovating and it has been difficult to keep up. My diet would be pescatarian. I have been really happy with my meals (have tried 6 so far). I love that Macro sources their ingredients locally responsibly. It has been so helpful and I find myself looking forward to each meal.

I have loved the 3 meals i've had so far
the last meal I purchased during a sale I noticed today was best before 07Dec24. I microwaved it today from frozen and the (Italian Caprese Chicken) was too dry. I couldn't finish it. Otherwise I've been more than happy with the meals

Don't let your weight stop you from living your life fully.
I like food too much which has caused some medical problems for me. Thanks to Macro Foods, I'm well on my way to losing 20% of my weight. The tasty but nutritious meals which are freshly prepared provides me the convenience to have more time in my life. I have discovered a number of portion controlled meals that I enjoy and don't get bored with. My dietitian who specializes in diabetes is thrilled with my weight loss without having to take more pills. Positive comments from my wife and clients are motivating me to continue to lose the weight.

I use to meal prep for my husband and myself weekly, life gets busy and I thought I would give Macro meals a try. Since May I been ordering my meals weekly, I must say the meals are tasty and savoury. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. All the staff at the sarnia site are very friendly
All the staff at the sarnia site are so friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately every meal I have tried is such a disappointment. Just had "creamy pesto chicken" and there is nothing creamy about it. Just chicken over a bed of kale. Very disappointing. Also a "keto friendly" meal at 10 net carbs is super high. As is the 6 grams of sugar.
