The Quality of the Meals was outstanding. Almonte (near Ottawa) is a long way from your facilities but the meals arrived frozen and in good condition.

Feeling I received sub par customer service
I am a first time customer. I asked your employee if there were any discounts available/ she said there were none at the time. Since purchasing I've found there are discounts available.
I purchased 8 meals. For a first time customer I feel I purchased quite a few meals.

Hello Stacey, we thank you for your review. Unfortunately discount codes are separate from promotions. Anytime we have in store promotions we email out to our whole customer database as well as inform every customer upon entry into the stores of the current promotions and display them on our Tv's. Discount codes offered via our Facebook marketing must be told to the cashiers at the time of checkout as this is how we track how effective our Facebook ad marketing is, these codes our staff are not able to give out to everyone upon entry. We did reach out to offer a meal free of charge for the inconvenience which was equal to the discount you would have received in store. We hope that if you enjoyed the food and the staff were able to assist you in store that you would reconsider your review as we take great pride as a small business in the services we provide.

Smaller, more frequent meals in your daily eating patterns also can aid in a more efficient metabolism compared to a slower metabolism when meals are skipped. We offer the most competitive pricing in our field of fresh meal delivery services and offer bundle pricing via our website to help offset pricing. The meals so far have been excellent. Everything in the meal is well done .I have no complaints what so ever. Very enjoyable to consume. Very very tasty. They are a meal in then selves.

I called my order in ahead of time and the young lady at the LaSalle store was very friendly and helpful and got the order ready for my husband to pick up after work. Saved me so much time as we have lots on our plates right now. She's a great asset to your store!

Hi Mitchell, w e are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our service. Which location did you attend? We do stock our meals regularly and have over 50 different meal options to choose from, as well as snacks, supplements and hand made shakes. It is first come first serve so sometimes we do sell out quicker than other days as all of our meals are made fresh. You can always pre-order online and have it either delivered to the store nearest you to pick up or directly delivered to your house. Please let us know how we can do better in the future to help change your mind and review about us as we try our very best to make sure each and every customer walking in our doors is extremely satisfied.
