I ordered 4 fossils
I ordered 4 fossils, all 4 were damaged and this was not made clear in the descriptions. I thought that I was buying fossils in pristine condition. Very disappointed.

You contacted us by e mail and we told you we would give you a full refund on the fossils when returned but you never did return them .
The gastropod fossils which we prepare in our workshop are of a very high quality and have been selling for many years online without any problems.
They were sold with detailed pictures of the fossils and as all of our customers know that the fossil you see is the fossil you get.
Please return and we can give you the full refund we offered you.

My partner is using the Rose Quartz & Moss Agate wands to help with healing of her skin and lips (Rose Quartz specifically) after a long course of steroids, which slow down blood cell production. Shipment was fast
Shipment was fast. Faster than my pre-Christmas order but that was to be expected.
One new expense to take into consideration (which is outside the control of Madagascan Direct) is the new EU wide EUR 3 duty on small packages originating from a non-EU country and valued at less than EUR 150. So if you are not at home a trip to post office is required.
