Barely any contact
Barely any contact, shop don't answer regarding the products, the shipment is quite expensive to my country and no other choices for shipment, only good thing is fast shipment, wish the shop would answer regarding products that I'm interested in.

Thank you for your order at Madagascan Direct, and thank you for the time taken to provide us feedback. We apologise for the disappointment you experienced regarding our communication and international shipping costs and options.
With regards to shipping choices and prices, we are sorry that you were unhappy with these. We are glad that you were happy with the speed of your parcel shipment and delivery, however.
We understand that international shipping can be expensive. Unfortunately, we cannot control the prices that shipping companies provide us with. We currently offer a shipping service that we have found over many years of posting parcels internationally is the safest and most reliable international shipping option, whilst ensuring the price is as reasonable as possible.
However, we are always striving to improve service, and are currently looking into adding alternative shipping options for international customers so there is more choice. We are also looking into cheaper postage options, that still meet the high standards we expect of an international postage service: the last thing we want is for a customer to not receive a parcel, or to receive a damaged parcel with broken stones, considering the fragile nature of what we ship.
With regards to contact between yourself and us, we apologise that you have found our communications unsatisfactory. We did answer your questions about one product, and took and uploaded an extra video of it for you, however we apologise that we missed your other queries re: products you were interested in. We are a small business, so sometimes responses to queries can take some time, especially during busy times. Please let us know if you still have any queries you would like us to respond to, and we will be happy to do that.
We are grateful for your constructive feedback, as we are always endeavouring to improve our customer service, and we will take your comments on board to do this.

Thank you for the time taken to provide us feedback, and we apologise once more for the disappointment you experienced.
Unfortunately, a mix up was made during packing and the wrong items were sent out to you, whilst your fossil was sent to someone else: we sincerely apologise for this error. You received crystals that you did not order, but as explained in our emails, you were welcome to keep the crystals for free, on top of a refund for your order or a replacement order with a similar item.
We tried our best to get your original order sent back out to you, as explained in emails, but unfortunately issues outside our control with the postage system meant we did not receive your order back to us, and we could not therefore send it out to you. We apologise for this disappointment, and will be chasing the problem up with the postal service.
Our crystals and fossils are one-of-a-kind pieces, and therefore an exact replacement isn't possible. Given that the fossil you had ordered was lost by the postage system, we offered you the choice of choosing a new fossil from the website to replace your order, or a full refund. We would welcome feedback about potential alternative options to rectifying the situation.
We are sorry once more that you were disappointed with your experience with us, and please contact us via our existing email exchange if you would like to discuss this issue further.

My purchase of Moss/Tree Druzy Agate slice, the specimen I received was dull and disappointing it lacked clarity. The image on your website exhibited fine contrast and a lovely deep green colour! I can only assume the photography was backlit and looked stunning. Not what I was expecting for my intended use. I don`t think there was any intent by MD to mislead but all the same very disappointing. I appreciate the opportunity to engage.
