Where do I begin!! Madam Bridal saved my day without a doubt!! I’m so happy and grateful to share my story. I needed a dress for my daughter’s wedding and had already purchased a dress from a bridal studio in Illinois. They told me they couldn’t get the dress I really wanted in the color or size I needed. I was extremely disappointed. They ended up ordering another dress that I had picked as my second choice and was 4 times my size because they said they wouldn’t get any dress in time for the wedding so they had to upsize. Of course I paid an additional cost meaning $950 not including alterations. The dress came in and I couldn’t even put my arms down or the dress would fall to the ground. I left the store and had alternations done at a seamstress close to my home. Another $500 for alterations but she did a fabulous job. She had to remake the dress and ended up calling the manufacturer for advice. They told her they should have NEVER sold a dress to me that large and if they had called them they would have got that dress in my size with the sleeve I wanted. Total nightmare!! In the mean time I had the number and manufacturer of the dress I really wanted, it’s my daughter’s wedding so it was so very important. I randomly found a dress shop on line, Madam Bridal who I texted in the evening and talked with a Simone. They told me they could get the dress I really wanted in the size and color I needed. I was so happy to hear this! The following day I called Madam Bridal and talked with Simone. He told me he could get me the dress I loved in the color and size. I ordered the dress I loved in the color and size I needed. I was so excited but skeptical because I took a chance ordering another expensive dress online and hoping it would work out. I received the dress in a few weeks and it was so beautiful!! I was afraid to try it on in fear it wouldn’t fit. I finally tried it on the Saturday the week before my daughter’s wedding. I was shocked and ecstatic that it fit like a glove, just like Simone said it would. I was so happy and excited, the dress I loved for my only daughter’s wedding fit and looked fabulous!! I only needed a hem done which my seamstress was more than happy to do despite the fact she just remade the first dress. I wore that dress a week later to my daughter’s wedding and it looked gorgeous!! I can’t thank Simone and Madam Bridal enough for their reassurance and helping me make that decision and reassured me everything would be fine and workout. I cannot say enough about Madame Bridal and how they made not just my day but my daughter’s day too!! That was the dress she really wanted me to wear and thanks to Simone and Madam Bridal it all fell into place and worked out beautifully!! Thank you Simone and thank you Madame Bridal!! Thank you Albert for sending me a thank your letter which you didn’t have to do. I cannot thank you enough for making our day complete!! You are truly amazing!! Please, Please use Madame Bridal they are amazing even if you order from them online from across the country.

Madame bridal took an order for me over the phone for a dress my daughter had found somewhere else in the wrong size for $100 more. They were amazing. They said the dress would be delivered to our door in two weeks. It arrived in a week and a half fit perfectly and looked beautiful. Thank you for keeping your word and for providing a beautiful dress for my daughter for prom!

The ordering was easy and the gentleman at the store was so accommodating. He knew I had a deadline and he made sure the dress arrived at my house promptly.

The dress arrived in poor condition, poorly packaged, all folded and very wrinkled, and the bag the dress came in was all torn. The bow on the back of the dress was destroyed and very folded.

I never received the dress because they were out of stock and didn't bother to update their website, so i ordered it and had to wait for a refund

I made an inquiry and within 2 or 3 minutes I got a response! I ordered right away. They communicated the process of getting the dress to me through a couple emails, inspected the dress and I got it in the mail. When I unpacked it the dress was perfect! The fit was perfect! Absolutely gorgeous dress and my daughter looks like princess. Thank you for making the experience so smooth and pleasant.

We spoke with Simon, he assured us the dress my daughter picked could be ordered. After another retailer told us it was no longer available. Simon took her phone call to discuss sizing options. The dress delivered and was perfect for her senior prom. I'd highly recommend Madame Bridal.
