My second purchase from this Company
My second purchase from this Company and once again, very happy with my glass balustrade panels, cut exactly to my sizes. Outside for their local drop-off area, shipping is on the high side, especially if you want more than 5 pieces (both orders were in this category) but their keen pricing still made it cost-effective rather than buying locally. Super quick production and delivery, especially considering how far away we live from the factory. Very well-packaged too.

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand that the delivery cost can seem high, particularly for a smaller order.
Unfortunately, due to the fragile nature of made-to-measure glass, we cannot use standard parcel couriers as the risk of damage and breakage is simply too high. Instead, our glass is delivered on our own specially equipped vehicles, using glass racks and trained drivers to ensure it arrives safely.
The £45.79 therefore reflects a specialist glass delivery service rather than a standard courier charge. We appreciate this can make smaller orders less economical, but we prefer to be transparent about the cost rather than risk customers receiving damaged glass.

Placed order via e-mail, there staff didn't put delivery address on system correctly which meant delivery was delayed by 2 weeks. On delivery mirrors arrive with no protections or wrapping apart from little blue divider stickers, the fixings supplied are awful, screw heads are week and then the caps don't stay on because screw heads are chewed up trying to get them in, save time with fixings and buy proper screws and proper silver screw caps

We’re sorry to read this review. Unfortunately, we’re unable to identify your order from the information provided, and we don’t appear to have been contacted about these issues before the review was posted, so we haven’t yet had the opportunity to investigate what happened.
The delivery delay may relate to the courier, but we would need your order number to establish exactly what went wrong with the delivery address and where the delay occurred.
Regarding the mirrors arriving unwrapped, this is intentional. Our mirrors are transported upright on specially designed glass racks and are delivered unpackaged because this is safer to handle, reduces breakages and allows the glass to be fully inspected at the point of delivery. It also avoids a considerable amount of unnecessary packaging waste.
We’re particularly concerned by your comments regarding the mirror screws, as this isn’t an issue we’ve previously had reported. We would therefore genuinely like to investigate the source and batch of the fixings supplied.
Please contact us with your order number so we can identify the order, investigate each of the points raised and, where appropriate, put things right.
