The 1st delivery arrived damaged. I contacted Made2Measure who immediately confirmed a replacement would be supplied. They used a specialist company for the next delivery and goods arrived on schedule and 100% intact.

The bespoke shower screen is now in place and ticks all the boxes. Great product, Great service, would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with Made to measure to get a glass top for my Chinese chest which is a family airloom, they really took their time to fit the right size and style for me and were very careful with the delivery of the glass, the driver even helped me install it properly onto the chest as I wasn't feeling too well that day, I would recommend their services to anyone ☺️

Made2Measure is a fantastic company to do business with, they are really nice to deal with and any problems you have they deal with them straight away. Everyone I spoke to was really nice and knowledgeable, they were able to answer any questions I had. I wish all Companies were as good to deal with as Made 2Measure.

We were looking to get some glass protectors for our bedroom furniture. Having looked at a few different websites, I found the made 2 measure one, which was a breath of fresh air, easy to use and order from. I had a message from Ashley who helped me to get the measurements right and processed the order for me. Very happy that we were able to collect as it is relatively local to us. Everyone at made2measure was extremely friendly and helpful, but special mention to Ashley who made the whole process very smooth. Delighted with the glass, that all fits perfectly and will help to protect our furniture for years to come.

Very flexible ordering system with clear online menus to build up your requirements. Regular updates on start of production and completion - excellent.
The products arrived unprotected but this was to ensure that the glass was not damaged. Made2Measure had their own driver and van which made the experience more personal.
My only negative comment was lack of customer care. My order was completed 27 July but the delivery was scheduled for 6 August which seemed excessive. I asked M2M if they could bring the delivery forward to keep the project on track - I did not even receive an acknowledgement / reply. I even offered to pay additional courier costs.
To receive a 5-star rating M2M need to focus on the customer rather than the process.
I would recommend M2M based on the product quality and not flexibility.

Quick delivery & good product. Warned about discrepancy in size within measurements given which meant dimensions were not as accurate as hoped for. Would possibly use again but not for any thing that needed accurate cutting.
