We had the scaffold erected on Monday, the solar panels were fitted today by a team from south wales and they were excellent. You could not have had a more helpful and polite team working on your property.

I had 16 solar panels fitted and the team were very polite and professional. They explained everything and answered all my questions. The solar panels have already started charging before they left site. Would highly recommend them.

I’ve just had solar panels installed on my roof by Madola.
I can’t fault them one bit.
The two guys who worked on my house were friendly, polite and professional.
They arrived on time and respected my property at all times, leaving it clean and tidy. They explained to us what was required.
If you’re considering having solar panels these are the guys to turn too.

Great experience. Starting with Steve as the introduction to the company. Steve was informative, professional and ensured a smooth service from start to finish. Neil visited site prior to installation and also has called after installation to check everything was to my satisfaction. The installers were courteous, friendly and installed with no fuss. The handover was as expected and despite an APP username error, the aftercare support team resolved it within 24 hours. The paperwork followed shortly after install and all I can say is ignore the negative comments, I can’t recommend this company enough and will recommend to all family and friends. I would give them no stars if it was possible. Shocking after care service, they incorrectly installed a pipe, it is totally their fitters fault, I have been waiting for 8 months and counting for them to correct it, Despite numerous messages and phone calls they will not come back and fix it. The actual installation was in 2021, but gave me a 5 year warranty and its installation fault anyway

Their workers are horrible. One of then ‘the tattoo man’ parked on my neighbours front garden and churned up all the grass . When spoken to he said so what there wasn't anywhere to park what do you want buy you some new grass as if and carried on working . If their workers are like this what sort of job do they do .

Cannot fault them, did a great job,was ever so helpfull when I needed some info.would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend to family and friends.

Hassle free experience. My system was promptly installed to a very high standard. I had four quotes for my particular needs and Madola was the most competitive. Also, I did not receive any high pressure sales calls from Madola following my quote. Neil and his team were extremely helpful throughout. I've also received several courtesy calls to check that things are running smoothly. I have recommended Madola to friends.

Was called by the marketing/sales team of this company several times during the week (13 to be procised) when I finally answered the sales person was lovely, I have been thinking about solar panels and thought why not. However since them I have had a continuation of sales calls that are aggressive and very off putting. I won't be dealing with this company due to the aggressive nature of sales. If they can get this addressed then perhaps people can have a breather to think.

Had solar panels on order. Fitting cancelled 4 times from March to August 2022, then insisted they were fitted the day I was going away! God what a mess they left. Holes drilled in walls and just left open. Mess everywhere. Still trying a year + on to get the solar monitoring equipment.

Finally arrived today, can't get it working, rang for support, told within an hour. 5 hours on, silence. Seriously bad customer service. I went through city energy last year and it was subcontracted to Madola, I now know, having spoken to city energy, city energy don't use them anymore after concerns about the standard of the work, can't imagine why!!
Update.
As I was told by City Energy themselves they stopped using Madola I do not acceptadolas de ial.

Finally got the dongle after over a year to be able to work the app. Was told to push harder when the light wouldn't come on, so I did. Now the pins on the inverter are bent and Madola take no responsibility.
Seriously, my advise, stay away from Madola.
