I had a repair done by Neil and he was so helpful and friendly. Customer service was top notch and from the initial enquiry to the repair and I felt completely looked after. The communication side was excellent and the repair was completed quickly, Neil went out of his way and used T-Cut to get rid of an obvious scratch on the main body. So, My RM1S is back in great condition. I highly recommend Maeving and a big thanks to Neil for the fantastic service.

Where to begin. Bought a pre owned rm1 paid in full very excited about the prospect of owning one. Original delivery date was suppose to be 11/06/26 got informed it would be delayed to the 26/06/26 but offered a loan bike in the meantime. No problem appreciate the loan bike, yet again the bike is delayed 02/07/26 so over a month past due date at this point. Bike arrives no L plates unable to ride. Finally get the L plates installed about 5 days later, they did offer me a refund for the L plates and my first months insurance so that was good service. Cue today first time riding my new bike very excited and it's knackered. I had a rm1 loan bike for about a month and have made this journey several times no issues. Today the bike I waited about 8 weeks for that was delayed twice for more reconditioning wouldn't even make it up hills I had to physically scoot the bike up several hills the loan bike went up no issues. And the battery range what a joke I've made the journey 12 times on duel battery and the total usage is about 60-57% based of a 36 mile journey I've done one way at this point and it's used over 50% so I'm not stuck at work without the charge to get home. I would avoid this company tbh can never get through to aftercare feel like unless your buying new they couldn't care less.

I've had a couple of things that have needed fixing on my RM1 recently and the workshop and Neil have been absolutely fantastic! So accomodating and friendly!

Neil just serviced my bike at home. He was so polite and professional at all times. Maeving are old school and rare these days.

Déjà des supers contacts avec les interlocuteurs - trices MAEVING, une organisation très bien huilée et au top. Ensuite, la moto (RM2) est hyper agréable, du plaisir à l'état pur. Elle est très aboutie, a un look d'enfer, très facile à prendre en main. Et quel plaisir, ce système électrique, sans bruit, sans vitesses à passer, avec un poids contenu. Idéale pour trajets urbains et péri-urbains.

Great experience from purchase right through to delivery. A company obviously built around customer service and a pleasure to deal with friendly people, both over the phone and in person. Despite the bike being delivered on the hottest day of the year, Neil Dove couldn’t have been more helpful and is a credit to Maeving. A very happy customer.

La RM1S Blackout est ma toute première moto, c'est elle qui m'a convaincu de franchir le pas de par sa simplicité d'utilisation et son design. C'est une moto super ludique qui offre de belles sensations de conduite pour une utilisation au quotidien. Les matériaux sont d'excellente qualité et tout semble extrêmement bien conçu. Je ne regrette pas mon achat ! Cerise sur le gâteau, l'équipe est agréable et réactive.

Neil gave my RM1S it's annual service today. Any dealings I have had with Maeving have been first class and Neil kept that standard today. A super friendly guy, really knowledgeable about the bike and riding in general - even gave me some safety advice. Bike had a thorough service, software update and Neil took it for a short test ride just to be sure. He fixed a small issue I had with the tank latch and even polished out a mark on the paintwork for me.

I recently had my RM1S serviced by Neil, and I couldn't be more impressed. He’s a brilliant, knowledgeable technician who also appreciates a good cuppa!
During the service, Neil identified an issue with my front suspension. Although it couldn’t be repaired there and then, he quickly coordinated with Aimee and the Head Office support team to arrange collection of the bike the very next day. A replacement loan bike was then delivered just a few days later.
That’s what I call outstanding service from a team that is genuinely customer-focused. Maeving are an absolute joy to deal with – charge on!

J'ai acheté il y a un an ma RM1S, c'est ma première moto et j'en suis très content. Et j'apprécie tout particulièrement la simplicité de l'entretien grâce au passage de Maxence une fois par an directement chez moi ! Le look et le silence de ma moto est très apprécié de mes voisins ;)

j'ai la RM1S depuis plus d'un an et demi, un vrai plaisir!!
jamais eu de souci, en six mois j'avais fait plus de 10000 km, je la prends tous les jours, une moto qui décontracte qui donne envie de rouler sans jamais s'arrêter ;-).
Bravo Maeving d'avoir crée ce model exceptionnel par sa conception et sa beauté,,,,

super moto (RM1s) super équipe, autant le commercial que le technique. toujours disponible et à l'écoute et très réactive. je kiffe

correspond tout a fait à mes attentes,le design est au top la moto epurée comme je les aime.
au niveau de la fiabilite apres six mois d'utilisation je n'ai rien à redire.
j'espère fortement l'évolution au niveau des batteries qui devrait arriver lors d'une mise à jour pour encore mieux profiter de cette magnifique machine.

BRAVO MAEVING

Pour ma toute première expérience moto, je ne pouvais pas rêver mieux. Dès le départ, le service au moment de l'achat a été irréprochable, avec des conseils avisés et un accompagnement très rassurant.

L'expérience utilisateur au quotidien est un pur bonheur : j'ai déjà parcouru 1200 km en moins de six mois avec ma RM2, et c'est un vrai plaisir à chaque trajet.

Le gros point fort reste le service client et le suivi. L'équipe s'est déplacée directement sur place, que ce soit pour la livraison initiale ou pour effectuer le premier entretien. Tous les interlocuteurs auxquels j'ai eu affaire se sont montrés extrêmement professionnels, réactifs et chaleureux.

Je recommande Maeving les yeux fermés !
