A genuine 5-star experience from start to finish.

The customer service during the ordering process was excellent — helpful, responsive, and never pushy. Visiting the factory was a real highlight, and I really appreciated the Operations Manager taking the time to personally show me around. That level of openness and pride in what they do really stands out.

The bike itself is beautifully built. The quality and attention to detail are obvious the moment you see it — everything feels premium, solid, and thoughtfully designed.

To top it all off, I received a lovely birthday card and gift on delivery, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. It’s the little things like this that make a big difference and show how much Maeving values its customers.

Words don’t begin to describe how amazing the customer service at Maeving is. From sales, to aftersales, right through to delivery, I’ve always felt genuinely looked after.

Following my recent motorcycle accident, the support I received went far beyond what I expected, the team truly went out of their way to help me, and that meant a great deal.

Fantastic customer service; took 21 hours from ordering the bike to it being assembled and delivered! Rides really nicely and an easy handover meant I was ready to go from the moment it arrived.

I must admit, I would not have been giving a 5 star review if I'd been on here at the time my RM2 was originally delivered in November last year, but the bike and the service from the company has changed my mind and left me feeling happy as a customer. Thank you to all those I've dealt with. If you're on the fence about an electric motorcycle I can recommend Maeving.

As other reviewers have commented, there were serious issues getting the 'bikes registered as it was a new model. In my humble opinion Maeving could have done a better job of setting realistic expectations, and perhaps, in the first instance, apologising and delaying deliveries rather than delivering and expecting customers to put the 'bikes in the garage for nearly 2 months before they could be used. Having said that...

Now that I've had a chance to experience the 'bike, it's everything I'd hoped for!

I live in a rural area close to the Welsh border, so it was quite a gamble for me to go for the Maeving, but I felt that even if the real-world range was only half of what was advertised it would still serve me well for local journeys, and save me a lot on diesel. That's proved to be the case.

Even with all the steep hills, bumpy lanes, and some extended A-Road stretches, I'm getting about 50 miles real-world range, and it's enough for all my local trips so far. I've not tried the Type-2 adaptor yet, but with that I do have the option to top up if I need to go a bit further. Zapmap and Google Maps are helpful allowing me to filter and find appropriate charge points.

The riding experience is fantastic. I absolutely love riding my RM2. It's beautifully balanced and a joy to go around corners on. It copes with bumpy lanes and steep hills with ease. It's small and light enough but feels planted on the road, and the power delivery in each of the modes is exactly what's expected, and required. I find the different modes easy to use and helpful to balance performance with charge-economy. I've ridden big bikes and dirt-bikes for years so it was another gamble going for a smaller, less powerful machine, but I think it's even more fun and engaging to ride than the big bikes. Every journey is a fun adventure.

Getting it in the middle of the winter I've been out in all weathers including snow and ice. I've even managed to drop it once on some black ice, bending the left hand lever and scratching one bar-end mirror, which I'll ask to be replaced at the 600 mile service. Other than that though, the 'bike crashed really well (at low speed) and was relatively unscathed. In my book that's a very useful characteristic, although I do try to stay upright where possible.

Overall, the 'bike has performed superbly in all conditions. I recently had an abortive attempt at a 40 mile journey in the pouring rain and floods of Storm Chandra. The RM2 didn't miss a beat, and I only had to turn back because of a fallen tree blocking the road.

On top of all that, the 'bike feels solid and well-made and it looks really fabulous. With all the winter riding I'll need to take a bit of Autosol to the aluminium in places already, but I'm aware of that now and am making more effort to protect it. ACF-50 seems to be a good option in the winter.

Great sales experience from the team at the Shoreditch showroom and whilst completing my purchase online. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery of my beautiful bike was fast. Really positive delivery experience with a full walk through of the bikes features and functionality. Couldn’t be happier!

Neil came out today to fix a dead 12v battery. Lovely chap, very friendly. He talked through what could have gone wrong. Replaced the battery and updated the firmware.
All completed in less than an hour.

Love their bikes and love their service even more. There were some unfortunate delays with getting the RM2 on the road but communication and goodwill in acknowledging the inconvenience from the Maeving team have been stellar. Shout out to Chris and Jakub from Sales, Muaadh and Lauren from Support and Neil during pickup and delivery (and set up!) for their amazing service from start to finish.

Great communication and really helpful team. Muaadh from the support team help me resolve a small issue with insurance and kept me appraised all the way through the process of delivery. Matt the delivery guy was brilliant. Clearly knows and loves the bikes. Great handover. Super friendly and helpful. And finally, I love my RM2 - it’s perfect.

There were a few issues with getting the RM2 on the road but they have done their very best to sort it.
Big shout out to Neil who has been down and dropped off the bike and picked it up when it needed, very very friendly and knowledgeable on all things bikes and Maeving.

Maeving have been brilliant. Very easy to book a test ride which was hugely enjoyable and then very easy to place an order. Matt was brilliant with delivery - very generous with his time to go through everything and make sure I was confident with how to operate and maintain the bike. Can’t wait to get out riding!
