Don't get fooled. Yes it's cheap but so is the customer service. It's actually worthless. Magcubic is a scam. Grqat product - until it's not working. I was sent a broken unit with a tilted projection. The sensor was not leveled and so it was useless. The box it arrived was in a cheap soft envelope with barely no padding to protect is and so the package arrived damaged. I immediately contacted customers service to begin the refund or the replacement of my doa magcubic projector that I ordered form the EU warehouse. Becauer there's barely any information on how to return it you have to contact them. Just to get a respons is difficult and once I did I was offered a "partial refund". Why the hell would I accept a partial refund for a fully broken projector? Thus began weeks of them trying to escape responsibility and blame me for not knowing how to use the keystone or automatic keystone or any other way they could claim I wasn't doing it right. They kept asking for more videos and images. When I finally sent them eveything - they stopped responding. It's been a month now wince I first contacted Magcubic. Imagine being a company so small minded you risk the reputation of your brand for a 150 euros. Whoever is in charge of the customer support needs to be fired immediately. I'm not returning a Ferrari. It's a cheap as projector. The money is not the point. It's the treatment of a customer that paid for a broken unit. I'll tell anyone and everyone and everywhere - Stay away from this brand. It's a complete scam. I'll do eveything now in my power to get back the money while trashing them wherever I can. I have our full conversation to share and images. Scam alert. Do not buy anything from this company.

I purchased a HY350GT projector, which arrived several days ago. Now I want to process a return, but it's not possible because, according to the Magcubic website, the projector is still in transit. Therefore, I can't process the return, and I don't have the purchase invoice. I've sent several emails to these three departments (help, marketing, and support) and haven't received any response. So, I still don't have an invoice and can't process the return. I wouldn't recommend them at all; they're very unprofessional, and their customer service is useless. Order number: 10010500

I've recently found out that Magcubic projectors are literally just radiators that distribute proxy energies to your device's via your WiFi network... I unfortunately own one a HY300 Pro and I'm already looking for another projectors that doesn't have malware (TCL says hello!).

Shame on you Magcubic. Shame.

Magcubic Android Box – Clearly Malware, Avoid at All Costs

I purchased a Magcubic Android box (Allwinner H616) for around €60. Immediately, serious issues appeared. Google Play was not certified by Play Protect, and after a factory reset, the device displayed a strange Chinese page with nearby Wi-Fi networks before attempting to load Google Play. The Play Store then fails to start properly, stuck in an endless loading screen.

Based on online research and multiple Reddit threads, it is clear that some Magcubic boxes come pre-installed with malware. Users report non-certified firmware, suspicious apps, and unpredictable behavior, including potential botnet activity or hidden traffic.

While the Allwinner H616 hardware is capable, the firmware and software provided are unreliable and pose real security and privacy risks.

Verdict:
This box is palestraly unsafe. Only consider it if you want a cheap device and are willing to take serious security risks. For a secure and stable Android TV experience, invest in a certified device.

Had the item 6 months purchased through a third party seller, I could hear a hissing noise coming from the projector even though it was not being used and realised that it was smoking so quickly unplugged it. Reached out to explain the situation and was told that nothing could be done as the item was beyond the guarantee period and feedback would be given even though I’ve only had it 6 months.

Over one month after paying the order „awaits processing”, no email, no phone contact.

I ordered one Mag Cubic Vision L018 and you told it would arrive between 29th December 2024 and 7th January 2025 😠. But the order says now refunded that's good but how long is that going to take for the refunded stuff? I ordered from another store the same projector and it is sent from Hong Kong with tracking number the day after i ordered it. And on Monday i have the projector 💯🙏. But you can keep the money 110£ because you never going to pay it back for sure 💯👍. But you tell everybody you are the real seller of Mag Cubic Projectors for me you are a fake seller and your new site MProjector should be banned from selling Mag Cubic Projectors. Now i got the Projector from Hongkong and it is a nice Projector 💯🙏. I hope you have a nice party at your Scamming Projector sites where you sell Mag Cubic Projectors. When are you going to open Mprojectors.com site 💯💋😠 Hongkong firm gets a 5star 4sure. You should get -stars

Don’t cheat the customer

I bought from Amazon for £65..and enjoying watching movies and YouTube videos on my bedroom wall. Happy with the sound..I can connect soundbar for Cinema effect..remote control functions are limited..no rewind or forward buttons..Amazon Prime search not possible..subtitles not working..still I think this is good value for money.

After purchasing from this store, their website was blocked 🚫 by ECWID, and it was written that anyone who made purchasing from the store should call their bank and request a charge back.

I was so frustrated to see just a black screen full of hundreds of lines with html scripts and a warning at the bottom saying that the sote is blocked and we should request charge back. It's just a scam and I'm still trying to get my money back.

Almost everyday I'm either trying to reach the support team or contact with my bank. Shopping from them made my life a heck.

After 15 days, no tracking number, no updates, no responses. The website magcubicvision.com is offline. I bought a newly P330, to improve my recent acquired HY300. This company has never responded to my emails, the status at Shop.com, is just order was placed.

Ordered a projector and case, it never arrived, contacted customer services several times, they responded once saying they were shipping with European Amazon after it got turned back at customs. After a month I have given up any hope of it arriving so I’m contacting my credit card company and hopefully I will get my money back, I’m also going to contact trading standards as obviously a scam company, serves me right for not checking reviews before I ordered.

Je suis très déçue de l'expérience avec Magcubic. J'ai acheté un vidéo projecteur chez eux le 8 octobre 2024. Je n'ai aucune nouvelle. Le site est down maintenant. C'est sans doute une arnaque ou l'entreprise a fait faillite. En tous les cas, by by mes 65 €.

One Month without shipment, without tracking ID, without projector and without money. Customer Service do not respond to my e-mails. They did once and said my order has been shipped from amazon but provided no tracking ID

Unfortunately, I purchased the projector HY320 as a birthday gift for my daughter. The birthday party will be on October 15, but when I read the comments, it was very disappointing for me because I expect that my order will not arrive before October 16.

The strange thing is that this wonderful store with its wonderful products faces a problem of delay. The support team must provide the fastest solutions for customer orders to arrive on time or before that, so that purchases increase and profits are achieved.

I placed an order with Magcubic Vision on August 16, 2024, with an expected delivery time of 5 days. However, I didn’t receive the product until 14 days later, on August 30. After waiting that long, I was extremely disappointed to find that the product was defective.

I initiated a return request, but their return process was unnecessarily slow and frustrating. After much hassle, my return was finally accepted, and I returned the product on September 17, 2024. It has now been 19 days, and I still haven’t received my replacement. When I contacted customer service, I was told they were out of stock, yet they continue to advertise the product with a 5-day delivery time. If they have no stock, why is it still being sold?

To make matters worse, their customer service is incredibly poor. This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend ordering from Magcubic Vision at all!!!!!!!!!!
